Came for a utility trailer this last Friday afternoon.Shawna was very helpful and on it from the start. In and out of the facility and quick.Trailer was operational and smooth.Appreciated the quick rear ramp spring.Made our move easy and simple.

I was charged for 10 miles, which seems about right. I returned the vehicle with the same fuel level as when I took the vehicle. But I was also charged for 4 gallons of gas, which resulted in a fuel charge of $71. That's ridiculous. How could I possibly have used 4 gallons to travel 10 miles? This is basically a fraudulent charge, because it's so obviously wrong.

Honestly the Best U-Haul I’ve been too! I got there right at 9am with a line of people outside thinking it’d be a headache. As soon as the doors opened 3 cashiers were ready to go!! I was out in like 10 Minutes! My guy NAM killed it. Multitasking between me and another customer, he made sure to let us both know that what he was doing and neither of us minded. I was a bit late to drop of thinking I was going to get screwed out of another day but NAM helped me out and took care of everything! I appreciate all the hard work! I rent trailers A LOT! This is my new Go To Spot!

Well, please allow me to add another star here, only bc I can't leave it blank. Pre hurricane preparation on Sat. Morning, they won't answer so the call went to corporate, asked the lady if propane service is open, she confirmed and yes it's open, took out my gas tank, drove all the up to Pasadena, parked, rang the bell for help. Rang..rang...rang...finally this guys peeked his head out the door and said they're closed for service. I saris your corporate said u are, he said he's not!! I asked why, and he pointed at the sky and said " lighting". Huh?? Wtf? As he's smirk spreading across face, beam of sun thru hole in the cloud shined the parking lot between us. Like it was a faith! Ha! I turned and left like Ive seen corona virus. Hope they go out of business..

It's my first time using U-Haul and my experience was quite disappointing. We were informed that our vehicle had 5/8 tank of gas but when we got to the car, that was not the case. We had 3/8 to which I took a photo of with my phone. Later, my fiancée got gas for the car yet when we got the receipt, we were charged $28 for gas. It was ridiculous. We disputed this with the customer service rep but she wasn't helpful. I'm so upset that I didn't listen to the yelp reviews saying that this company is a scam. I would not recommend this place. They're extremely short staffed and place all the pressure on one lady to manage all the customers. They're not helpful. Please listen to this review and go somewhere else

Used their service to refill propane. It was fairly fast and easy. There is a bell at the propane fill up station. Someone comes out to fill and you can pay by credit card right there. This was a weekday at around 5:30pm so not much people there.

Would not remove unnecessary equipment strapped to the side of the truck which negatively affected our use of the truck. Ridiculous and false advertising because the gear takes up rental space and adds weight/fuel costs. There are more accommodating franchises

I've used only Uhaul my whole life, moving multiple times across the country. I just moved my mom out to CA, but had an issue this rental. Shanna was absolutely perfect. She addressed my concerns, above and beyond, and kept me as a UHaul customer, and her business specifically, the destination for my future business. Thank you!

I would like to give a no star rating if I have this option!THIS IS REGARDING MY UHAUL TRUCK PICKUP EXPERIENCE AT THE FOLLOWING OUTLET:KASL Printing and Graphics Inc.1665 E Washington BlvdPasadena, CA 91104I requested to pick up the 10' moving truck at their S Raymond outlet, but UHaul assigned me to pick up at the above location.Issues I encountered are as follows:1. UHaul use their App extensively to cut cost, but the App is not ideal.2. UHaul sent numerous text messages to my phone for various info., and links for self-serve check-in....etc. There were too many of them, and you might ignore the last minute changes and the most important ones.3. I specifically requested for 7AM pickup due to a long one day drive from Pasadena, CA to Phoenix AZ. They didn't say anything or provided any warnings as 7AM pickup is a self check-in process, but they sent me the instructions to do after hours self check-out to return the truck, which puzzled me.4. I arrived at the above location at 7AM as planned, only to find out that nobody's there. I called UHAUL toll-free number, and all their call respondents only informed me that they could switch me to their dispatch department to reschedule the pickup time, and they told me that I needed to do self check-in if I want to get the truck immediately. I denied as I would like to deal with a real human, and I didn't know what condition was the truck.5. Eventually I waited for the above outlet to open, and it was supposed to open at 9AM. However, nobody showed up until 9:45AM. Finally a guy showed up, but he basically only used the App to take photos of my driver's license, and charged my credit card. Then he threw me the keys, and asked me to use the App to go through the truck check-in process, which involves taking photos on the outside of the truck, the oil gauge level......etc. 6. The guy didn't even showed me basic truck operation, but just kept telling me that this is the way UHaul would like him to do. He even laughed at me and told the other customers that " Oh! This guy doesn't know how to operate a truck....!!" 7. I also ordered a dolly and 10 furniture blankets, and they were supposed to be put inside the truck for me. The guy did not put the dolly inside the truck but just put out a dolly inside the shop, and there was no mention of the furniture blankets. Eventually, I was busy with checking-in the truck and figuring how to operate the truck by myself. I drove off without getting a dolly and no furniture blanket.8. This pick up location is not ideal, it was in a very small lot, and all the trucks/vans of various sizes were parking extremely close to each other.It was not easy to move a truck out by yourself without hitting others,All-in-all, don't expect any services from this location. Everything was self-serve. Thinking about it, there were so many risks that some accident may happen, unless you drove a truck everyday. I don't know if this is UHaul's way to do their business, but I will avoid renting from them again.

Shauna was my rock here, super helpful and nice. We had a few hiccups with our rental and she answered all of my questions and directed me well when she couldn't help with things herself. Jim, on the other hand, continued to pick fights with me from the moment I walked up. He had a very short temper and when I was confused about policies not mentioned in our emailed instructions or when I asked about something as minor as where to find something he berated me for it and insulted me. He was openly annoyed when I showed up at my reserved time because it meant he had to get up and move something and he complained about it to my face and his coworkers, insulting me to them. I didn't give them a hard time or attitude so I was just honestly confused where this was coming from. 5 stars for Shauna and the general service. 0 stars for Jim.
