Walked in and waited. Then waited some more. They didn’t even acknowledge us walking in, just chatted some more amongst themselves. Not even a real Uhaul rental.

I walked in and waited. Then waited some more. Then watched as the employees chatted amongst themselves and totally ignored me. I even waved a little to see if I was maybe invisible, but just didn't know it! Nope! They just don't want your business here. They don't even have boxes or packing materials. And no employees that seem to work here, either. Go to a real U-Haul.

I'm about a month behind on my review but I would like to Thank all the employees and manager for helping me with the misunderstanding of my rental agreement. Called 800 number a few times but when I returned my truck they adjusted everything and was very pleased by how patient abd professional everyone at this location has been from picking up my truck to returning it. Thank you

My Uhaul vehicle was available on time. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Rented a U-Haul truck and found the service to be top notch and very friendly. Everything was explained well and it took only a short time to get on the road. No doubt if I need a truck again I will return here.

They were extremely rude. The man asked for my name and the woman next to him started laughing. I was in shock. I told him I early for my reservation and he said they were out of pick up trucks and said it was reserved for Balcos. Which is my last name that he didn't even ask for. I left to find my bf and I could just hear them from outside laughing.

The lady behind the counter was insanely rude and basically guilted us into buying the insurance, even though we explicitly said no twice. Her response was "if I even see one scratch on it when you return it, I'm gonna charge you $3k." They close early, no after hours drop off, and they charge up the wazoo. No thanks. There are much better U Haul locations, I'll go there next time.

I was in desperate last minute need of renting something from this location. I called to check on pricing probably about 20 minutes prior to closing. Kept calling and calling, but got no answer. Due to my desperation, I went to the store anyway and got there in like 5 minutes. Enter the office and lo and behold, there was an employee sitting there doing absolutely nothing. I know it was the end of the day, but I didn't just put off going in - it was legit a last minute urgent matter. I could've been screwed if I was banking on someone answering the phone. That's why I took off two stars. Otherwise, they had the thing I needed, the pricing was great, and the employee was decent (not really friendly) once I got there.

Of the two women I dealt with at this location, one of them was very nice and helpful. The other one was impatient and very short with me.
