The Lady who helped was incredibly great very helpful . But it is kind of ridiculous that they only are open for 4 hours a day .. they do have after hour drop off even tho customer service says it doesn't.. the phone don't work as well so if you need help with anything your out of luck

The place itself is a disaster; however, Mariesell did a fantastic job. It was her first day on the job at the location and she was operating with a cell phone to process the customers orders. No laptop, no tablet, nothing.Uhaul needs to vet who they allow to serve as partners/affiliates better.

Second time trying to pick up this truck, because the first time we reserved it, they told us the truck couldn’t be located. 2 days later, I’ve finally come to pick up the truck and there is literally no fuel in the truck and no dolley or moving pads as there should be in the back. This move has been nothing but a total nightmare, and it is impossible to reach anyone to complain. Avoid at all costs!!!!

I made a reservation here a month ahead. Upon arriving they had one truck on the lot that still needed to be checked in before passing it over. The truck looked like it ran with the Mad Max crew...covered in mud with bald tires. There were also no moving blankets or appliance dolly's available, which I had reserved and needed to make my move possible. Needless to say, if you're looking for a smooth moving day – try another location.

Do not use this location. They do not answer the phone or return phone calls. They also accessed my uhaul online account and changed my truck size without my authorization. Had I not checked my account, I would have never known I was going to be given a smaller truck than I had previously reserved. Uhaul reservations helped me move my reservation to another location so I could rent the truck size I had originally ordered.

Gus is the best. He is a very helpful gentleman. Very polite and knowledgeable and he made the truck renting process as smooth and painless as ever. I definitely recommend him and will he renting my trucks from him from this point on

Yesterday morning I arrived here to pick up my rental trailer for car hauling and the gentleman behind the counter was very accommodating I showed up at 7Am And he was already helping another customer and When he was finished with a customer he help me very proficient very professional, I will be going to this U-Haul again to conduct my business thank you very much for all the great service!!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Although Uhaul moved both my truck pickup location and time, Gus was very amiable and flexible with providing the 10' rental truck for the duration of my move. He made check-in and check-out quite easy, thanks Gus!
