I've visited Universal Stop twice so far. And I will definitely continue to be a customer. It's a tiny store with 2 parking spots. I've only gone in the mornings and both times were not busy. The owner is kind enough to explain how different products compare so I can make an informed decision. The prices are average, so at least you know you're not getting ripped off. He even has a little cappuccino maker. But I don't think it's for customers haha. Overall, I do recommend this smoke shop!

Initially I wasn't sure what to think about this smoke shop. It looks like an old liquor store converted to a smoke shop. However, I had an amazing experience!! I came in looking for a bubbler but the owner kindly informed me that a bong was the way to go. He really cared and was very knowledgeable. I greatly appreciate his help! The prices are good and the service is unexpectedly great! Please do visit if you need a new smoking apparatus :)

First time stopping by, I went there looking to find some much better than what I have been smoking. The sales rep recommended a few products and was knowledgeable in every item. I upgraded to a beast pod and must admit it was a great choice!! I will definitely keep stopping by here..

I've been here a few times Previously because they're close to my work and my experience was good however I brought my electric bike to work today and decided to take a ride and get some juice. I walked my bike inside the store because it's very expensive and I don't want it to get stolen. One of the workers was walking outside to smoke as I put the kickstand down and stepped away from my bike and told me that I can't bring my bike inside. I asked if I should go somewhere else and he snapped back real quick with "yeah, go somewhere else and break their windows." Ironically enough there was an empty electric wheelchair inside the store and I work for a glass company!! So obviously he had an issue with me Personally for some reason. no one that works there were wearing masks and he was smoking right outside the door to the store. I will never go back here and suggest if you're reading this to go somewhere else that offers better service!

I love that all of the staff wear masks. It makes me feel very safe it's quick I asked for my product put my card in and left it's that simple. The cashier Sako was very polite and respectful. I asked him for a pack of cigarettes and was in and out of the shop in less than 30 seconds. All of the products that they stock are fresh and new. I highly recommend this place 10/10

Definitely the best smoke shop you can stop by at they have everything you need literally starting from cigar cutters from vape juices to alkaline water they have it definitely stop on by and i stopped by yesterday this store yesterday for a juul pod great costumer support great pods definitely worth stopping by if ypu havent been here yet
