If I could give 0 stars, I would. Sherry was impatient even though there was no one in line and extremely rude about the QR codes, complained about the size of the box even though it was an Amazon return. Will never be returning to this location again.

Worst UPS employee I’ve ever encountered. Rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. The attitude was terrible, and the service was unacceptable.

Very disappointed. a UPS employee made discriminatory remarks targeting people from Mainland China. This behavior is completely unacceptable in a professional service. I hope UPS investigates and provides proper training to prevent such incidents.

The lady who worked there was so rude and made me pay for the box. I’ve had returned the same type of packages so many times here and never once had to pay. The customer service was so bad.

Cherry the clerk in the UPS store was rude and actually threw my return package at me. They have never been very friendly in this store and this incident was truly unacceptable. Hopefully UPS will do further investigation into this occurrence.

Rude and unhelpful staff. Simple questions were answered with a dismissive and passive-aggressive attitude, and it seems we’re not alone. Dozens of other reviews mention the same experience. What are the odds we're all wrong and the staff here are pleasant rays of sunshine?

If I could give this store less than 1 star, I would. My mom, who is in her late 60's, came to this store to drop off a package. The package was too heavy for her to carry in on her own, so she asked an associate if they could help. The woman, Sherry, said that there were no men on schedule at the time to help her so she could either bring it in herself or go somewhere else. My mom decided to ask a male customer to help her and he had no problem doing it. Sherry yelled and screamed at my mom telling her not to ask any customers to help her because they could hurt themselves. However, she wasn't concerned about whether or not my mom would hurt herself while carrying this product in alone. Then after attempting to overcharge my mom on the package, she talked about my mom to the other customers just because she asked for help. My mom decided to take the package somewhere else due to the treatment and she had to ask another man to help her take the package back to her car. There was a lack of basic human decency and no customer service provided to my mom. This treatment is unacceptable and I will be discouraging others from attending this store as well as filing a formal complaint regarding this matter. You don't treat customers like that.

I recently went into this location to rent a p o box because I'm moving .
I met the two owners. Such nice helpful people. They answered by questions and very very helpful even though it was close to their closing time. 😄 I signed papers, paid my money , received keys for the pobox. Thank you!!

every time I’ve been in here for Amazon returns the lady with the Bob is super nice and quick. Sometimes if my stuff is haphazardly packed or any weird things comes up she gives me a heads up so I can get my return money back. She is really nice to customers. I’m not even a real customer. Thanks for you kindness!

Wow, the older Asian man behind the counter was SO rude. He snapped at me, saying what I needed wasn't possible. When a woman employee tried to be helpful, he shut her down. I left and went to the UPS on Sierra Madre by VONs, and they took care of my request no problem- and were polite as well! I think that man didn't know how to fulfill my request, so he took it out on me. :(

4/10/25-Rude staff, I walked in, no one in line, said hello, received no response. No probem. I said I have Amazon returns with QR codes, again no one in the store. She complained that I had a lot of returns. She also made me leave the box in the floor and grunted and said omg about the returns. I thought one of UPS services was to bring Amazon returns. I’ve never had an issue at this UPS prior to today. I’ve never seen this worker either. She might be having a bad day, but she could’ve kept her comments to herself.

Absolutely terrible customer service I’ve been a customer for five or six years and I asked them to print one thing that Amazon said they would print for free and they went crazy on me and they refuse to print it won’t take my return and literally told me they would rather me not renew my PO Box that I’ve had for five years then print the label so if you want a PO Box somewhere never ever go to UPS Store Foothill because they won’t value your business. If you have any questions I’m happy to tell you more about the experience I just had and I will tell everyone about it as well
