I frequently stop in to this UPS store to ship items and utilize HappyReturns. The staff here is amazing - always very patient, helpful, and friendly. I specifically want to shout out Victor for helping me box up a cart I needed to return - I purchased the box, but he literally took care of everything else, including taping it up and placing the label on it. I really appreciate how he went above and beyond to assist me!

Quick and friendly service. A very rude, insulting, and demanding customer came in while I was there and I was very impressed with the staff's patience and professionalism in dealing with her.

I've been visiting this UPS location for about two years. During that time, I’ve had several unpleasant interactions with the female manager, which I initially dismissed as personal perception. However, on my most recent visit, I witnessed her speaking in a loud, commanding tone to two Asian ladies—similar to how she had treated me in the past. Despite a long line, when it was finally my turn, she skipped over me and called the customer behind me to the counter without any acknowledgment or explanation, even after I raised the issue. To be fair, the other staff members at this location have consistently been professional and helpful. However, the manager’s behavior reflects a pattern of poor customer service and a lack of basic courtesy.

I’ve had a PMB at this location the past three years and have found the team here to be very professional, kind, and thoughtful. I love the convenience of this location, that is has a parking lot, and most of all, the people who I see and work with there regularly.

Excellent customer service!
This, by far is the best UPS store I have ever visited.
The staff was amazing, friendly, professional.
Getting copies and documents notarized was made easy and simple.
I highly recommend this location on Fair Oaks Ave in Pasadena!
I will recommend this location to other colleagues.

The Egyptian woman, apologies - I’ve forgotten your name - who helped me size down multiple boxes by hand to get me the best international shipping rate was truly awesome. The team were extremely gracious and solutions oriented and I am still impressed several days later. Thank you!

The reason I feel the need to leave this review is because one specific employee went above and beyond like no one ever has at any business ever. Serious thank you to Victor “Jr.” Macias for helping me ship everything I needed to in a timely manner. He answered my questions and even informed me beyond what I knew to ask. This store is managed so well by the woman who is a really amazing person besides being an extremely bright efficient as well as having an ability to see what is needed and offering it. I would go to this store over all other ups stores. She is also a great problem solver.
