I had a mailbox at this store for 8 years until I moved. Employees always had a great work ethic and seemed very on top of everything. Manager also great attitude and work ethic, always willing to help me with complex shipments. Great store. Thank you for 8 years of great service.

The store is conveniently located next to downtown Pasadena and the freeway. And the customer service is always pleasant, personable and flowing nicely. The only drawback is the tiny corner mall parking lot but I’ll take it!

I’ve been going to Lake Street Pasadena UPS for several years now and whenever I send my files in they’re printed by the time I get there and they’re perfect. Rick has always been just amazing and so helpful and kind.

Very disappointed in this place. I went there to buy stamps for Valentine’s Day, and to mail a couple of cards to my kids and grandkids. They had Baskin Robbins gift certificates in them for the Valentines holiday and they were never received. I’m going to mail my items directly through the United States Postal Service. I don’t trust this place now and won’t go back.It seems there’s no accountability or safeguards in place when they just put it in a random mail bin that anyone can rifle through and not actually make it to the USPS, as mine disappeared. So disappointing.

Zero accountability. Shipped a ups package that based on the value required a signature at drop off, they refused to sign because they "are not UPS". How the hell do I actually get the insured value I paid for. Screw these people.
