Service was very quick. I was literally in and out in less than 5 minutes. Staff has been nice and helpful. And the convenience of the location. It's in the center I frequent. And it's at a nice walking distance.

Quick Advice
Never ship anything through UPS, they suck
Shipped an overnight package, and after 4 days, they told you your package still in the same location I dropped the package and they could not find the package

Spoke to someone nice over the phone who said I could come in to print a document. I’m rating 3 stars because iIn store, I encountered a different staff member who was rude to myself and other customers.
I wasn’t able to print my document here, thought I don’t think it was the fault of the store or staff. I was trying to print a lease signed with docusign and it just wouldn’t go through, so beware if you want to print a document that is encrypted in any way.

I just came to do some returns, and the two women working today were the best workers I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Monique and Trudy were just the best! They were so nice and patient. Those two women deserve a raise. They have such a great attitude, and their smiles are infectious.

WARNING: DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE!!! This is a FRANCHISE. It is however ideal to drop off packages with ALREADY PAID postage which you can do for yourself online. For example: a 22lb package for Ground Shipping was assessed at $300+. I printed a label online for the same package for $33! The dude said that they also round up volumetric weight for a further straight shafting.

One kind associate and one very rude associate. It's typical for customers to ask questions to confirm what is told to them and also ask about other shipping locations nearby. They just said "yeah, that's what he said" and "you have your phone, look it up on Google"...... thanks for the customer service!

My mom needed some things laminated. As usual, the manager Katie, was awesome.She was kind, professional, funny, and cool. It's always a pleasure attending this UPS.

I came here to drop off an Amazon return and as I was standing in line (I was next) one of the workers pulled me out of line and asked me to stand to the side. Without really knowing why I was being pulled to the side, I did what I was asked thinking maybe she was going to help me. Turns out she was already helping another customer. When the other worker finished with the customer ahead of me she simply turned and walked away from the register. I thought maybe she was taking a break until another customer walked in and she returned to help the new customer, leaving me still waiting even though I was next. What madness is this?? Does a line not matter here? And why pull a waiting customer out of the line??I will not be returning to this UPS store. The one on East Foothill clearly respects the line and helps customers in the order they came in.

I've been here 3 times now at 9am and they are not open (their hours are listed as opening at 9). The first time I waited and someone showed up a couple minutes after 9 but then I had to wait an additional 10 minutes while they opened up. The past two times I've tried to stop in at opening time I've seen people waiting but I don't even stop. Go to the UPS store in Hastings Ranch. They open on time and the couple who work there are very nice and helpful.
