I go to this location in Pasadena only because I like seeing Junior and I trust him with my transactions. Trust is the most important aspect for a customer and he has earned my trust as a representative of the USPS. Trust can be of short supply these days and he continues to earn it. All these years I've never lost a package and I ship a lot. Also, he knows other customers by name and everyone in line is happy to see him! Not all customers are right in the head though. I've seen self entitled customers become completely belligerent because they didn't get what they demanded even though it wasn't even sensible. I've seen him help direct these crazy customers nicely even when they are being completely disrespectful to him. Junior is awesome and he deserves a raise! I will be a loyal customer with the USPS because of him.

I frequently visit the post office for my job, typically three to four times a week. Before Junior's arrival, my experiences there were quite unpleasant due to the unprofessional behavior of the clerks, who often displayed a rude attitude, making customers feel as though they were a burden. While the wait times were bearable, the poor customer service was truly disheartening, as the clerks seemed entitled and dismissive. However, since Junior has joined the team, the atmosphere has significantly improved. Despite the occasional long lines due to limited staff, Junior consistently demonstrates professionalism and kindness, always willing to assist customers. I have observed this change firsthand during my frequent visits. If Junior happens to read this, I want to express my gratitude for enhancing my workday with your courteous service; your efforts are genuinely appreciated.

Went inside to purchase shipping packaging and the clerk was there at counter, he walkthrough a door away . We call at him to get his attention for service ,he look at us, said he was working, so we left with no purchases. He yelled at us something sarcastically after we walking out

the place smells weird here and I feel bad for the one worker working here (his name is Junior and he’s fantastic!). There’s 3 computer terminals so I’m not sure why the line is so long. I hope they hire more people.

Junior is so hardworking! The post office is very old and had no A/C running. USPS Please fix conditions for him, he's such a professional and is always so helpful, I hate to see him always work in the setting like that.

Shoutout to Junior for delivering Stellar customer service, literally moving mountains for every customer! This man is a one-man dream team, getting everyone in and out with speed, care, and a smile.

overworked, understaffed, and even the local customers don't know how to form a line so that it doesn't obstruct foot traffic. a single clerk should not have to manage all that

junior was super helpful and kind! took care of all the customers quickly. a good post office experience and they have a big drop box for pre-labeled packages. super easy!

Worst experience I’ve ever had. I ordered a service to be done to my package and emailed me back saying they’ll get it done as soon as possible and to not worry about it. Well, they were dishonest and did not get the service done. Opened a case twice, tried calling the office multiple times but no one picked up. Please just be honest next time, this was very stressful.

Came on Tuesday morning but did nothing since the service area is still closed and no employees there. Google map says it’s open from 9 and there is a sign for business hours at the door, which says open from 9 too. After reading other recent reviews, I decided not to come back to this location later today. Better go to other location…

I always have a great experience when I come to this post office, customer service outstanding, only one clerk all the times but Junior its extremely efficient, helpful and kind. however, this post office needs an additional window employee.

Please avoid this place.The google page says that they are working until 6, so I went at 5:15 there to mail out something. Literally their worker was ignoring me about 5 minutes, then came closer and start yelling at me! Please review your cameras. It's abuse. And after yelling at me he says that's I'm crazy when I said that's I'm going to post the review. No, man, I'm not crazy, but you are and not only crazy but also unprofessional, disrespectful and emotionally unstable.
