Never have I ever felt compelled to write a review for a post office, good or bad. But today I went to this post office and the employee there (Carlos) was just so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful, I felt compelled to write a review and to say “Go, Carlos!”

I've been waiting 10AM to 10:20AM and it's locked. Hours state M-F 9am to 5pm for window service. Please update hours or remove this location from the map. Very inconvenient and at least 5 other people disappointed it was still closed that tried to stop by. One lady mentioned this has happened on multiple occasions at this location unfortunately.

I was at the California blv pasadena post office at 9:00 am the post office staff came in late looking very unprofessional and not ready to work an oriental lady, stayed in side a long time and in the meantime 3 customers waiting then we hear she is calling someone on where the window key is she could not open the window and was very rude to the customers she is not s disgrace to pasadena post office but to the federal government she is presentingI went to Lincoln post office and what a difference extremely polite helpful and pleasant, although i am close to California post office I will go to Lincoln for my business

Too slow workers !!!! Terrible serviceThere were 3 people in line in front of me, I waited for one box to be sent for almost 30 minutes, I understand that the custom service is polite, but why should other buyers waste their time because of their excessive politeness? I do not recommend this office

Couldn't agree more with the previous review about Betty. She needs to retire or get a new job non public facing. She's rude and is making people upset enough to leave. If you don't love your job Betty go do something else. Supervisor, please offer her some additional training on how to interact with customers!

There is a crabby old woman here named Betty who was so unbelievably hostile to every single person in line. I've never even thought to review a government facility but I am going to to everything in my limited power to report this woman's horrific attitude everywhere I can. She was scolding people in line for letting someone up front to ask a question about stamps??? And cutting someone off because they tried to ask her a question and ' THEY RUSHED her' coming back from her break?? Why are you up front then babe?? Stay in the back and eat your cold sandwich if you don't want to speak to customers?? I will literally check in the window and make sure she isn't here if I ever stop by this usps again

There are many US Post Office locations throughout Pasadena -- my advice is to avoid this one. I live in the neighborhood and while this location is convenient, the customer service is appalling. There is a black lady with glasses who has been at this location for years taking out her misery on the customers. Like others have written in their reviews, she has a particularly nasty attitude and a real problem with anyone who request a receipt. I brought a package here for shipping that was labeled fragile and even told her as I carefully place it on the counter that it contained glass -- she then proceeded to violently grab the box and flip it unnecessarily on it's side. I'm wondering why such a consistently malicious person is interfacing with customers or is employed at all.

Came at 10am to ship some packages and no one was there. Waited 20min and saw about 7 people come and go frustrated with their packages. Don't have a sign saying you open at 9am, when you open whenever you want.
