The clerks here are always very helpful. I don’t understand the low rating for this office.

I have been to 4 post office locations in the city of Pasadena CA. This one by far has the most friendliest and helpful staff out of all the locations I have been to! Seriously, I have received attitude and even hostility at 2 of the 3 other post office locations that I have done business at. If you need to do any business with the USPS in the city of Pasadena CA, this is the location you want to go to!

The one employee one day before Christmas Eve had the best spirits nothing negative about him, that is why I cannot rate low. However, the understaffing of this office, is very unfair to EVERYONE.That I would rate no star.

Efficient, helpful and pleasant. Needed advice and help posting a stack of cards to multiple places and it was super smooth. Thanks!

Absolutely baffled at the customer service. Came here on Tuesday morning to drop off a package. As the stickers on the ground states to wait outside of the office, I did just that. Other customers cut in front of me to wait in the office. When it was my turn, and by the way, the male clerk closest to the door noticed I've been waiting, tells me "you have to get in line" I've been in line. Absolutely outrageous, I pointed out the customers that cut me in line. He asks me why was I waiting outside and proceeded to give me attitude (ITS COVID POLICY AND IM SORRY YOU DONT ENFORCE IT). He told me to write my address and grab the pen across the room. Was it so difficult to just let me borrow your pen? I then proceeded to get help from the female clerk since he was already with another customer once I was done. Both clerks that was working this late morning proceeded to treat me as if I was dumb to not have things written on the package. A rookie mistake since I don't send stuff out through USPS often. Please avoid or just be ready to be belittled.

COVID-19: Social distancing is not enforced at this establishment. Some of the staff wears a mask. All customers are not expected to wear a mask. It's optional now. Some of the staff also wears gloves. There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use. This place is open and available with no limited capacity. They are not sanitizing in between customers. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was sending a package to a friend from this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is located behind the building. However, sometimes that parking lot is full. So what I usually end up doing is park in the El Nido Plaza and walk over to the post office. The parking lot in the El Nido Plaza is big and the parking spaces are pretty decent. Store & Staff: The store itself is very clean, neat, and tidy. The staff here are very fast and professional. They accept both cash and credit cards. There is no credit card minimum.

This USPS location is small but they have a self-checkout kios. Parking is limited. Overall, I’m a satisfied customer.

Went in with a package with prepaid postage and after a brief wait in line, handed it to the (very friendly) clerk, who told me that if I wanted a receipt I needed to use the self-service kiosk. I needed to get direction from another employee on where it was, only to find it taken over by someone else who clearly had a lot of work to do there. So I just gave up on the receipt. It's a minor thing but it would have been so much easier (for me at least) if the gentleman at the counter could simply have scanned the package in and given me my receipt. I've done this many times before. It takes only a few seconds. I'm sure the few seconds they save per customer is more efficient, but it's definitely a drop in customer service.

I have used this post office since it opened, after the closing of the office on Colorado some number of years ago. To date, I have never not received very good service. The office is very well located for me and the services offered have been extremely helpful over the years. The staff is equally helpful.

Danny was awesome! Every time I visit, he always provides the best customer service! He always shares what's the best way to send my item and gave me the best options. My experience are always so great with them I love coming to the post office even though I don't love getting in line. =)

I just want to say that there is a mailman here who is so delightful to interact with. I never thought I would enjoy a visit to the post office but his kindness was so refreshing. I never had any problems here in the past and I've even rented a mail box here for a few months without any issues, so overall the service has been everything I needed it to be on its own. Also the place has all the standard items you need to mail a package including nice gift cards and such. The customer experience though brings the average 4 stars up to 5. Thank you for the kindness (:

Please beware...this place is NOTORIOUS for losing packages. The staff here are rude, unhelpful, and incompetent at doing their job. They are also extremely slow with customer service. There are usually lines going out the door, which is worrisome during COVID. A package I ordered from Amazon shows it was delivered days ago, but is missing from this location. When I approached the desk about it, the older Asian man (who says he is the lead) did a two second check in the back for the package and came out telling me it was not there. When I showed him my Amazon confirmation, he pretty much shrugged his shoulders and told me that the 3016 E. Colorado Blvd location on my confirmation was not their location and it must have been delivered somewhere else (which boggled my mind, because that is, in fact, their address). It took all of christ in me not to go off on this worker. I asked for a manager, and of course, there is none. He gave me a phone number to call, and when I did, I was left on hold for over 20 minutes. I eventually hung up. Luckily, I was able to get a refund from Amazon, but it was quite an inconvenience. I am also considering changing my PO box, as I have a lot of important business deliveries coming here and cannot afford for them to go missing. I would go to another location, especially if you're having packages delivered here.
