Had a flat tire from being on the 210 freeway. Pulled into the parking lot at Valvoline to change my tire to the spare. The manager was nice enough to have me pull into the garage and change out my flat to the spare with no charge. Very nice group of guys to help me out. Appreciate the generous help.

I always go to this location because they are professional and take care of their customers. I had a problem with one of my wheels after a tire rotation and managers, Daniel & Alex problem solved and Alex was able to fix it! Great service!! Thanks!

I drive 17 miles for service at this Valvoline because they ALWAYS have the best service and friendliest employees. Also Valvoline does much more than oil changes which is a GREAT RELIEF! I needed a new headlight and to my surprise they took care of it. THANK YOU VALVOLINE you have a customer for life!!

Quick, professional, friendly, and they don’t push anything on you that you don’t want. Everyone knows their stuff, especially the manager Danny. Not cheap but reasonably priced.

I have gone to this place for years never had an issue. However after my last on visit 12/21 the skid plate on my car was not secured properly. As a result the skid plate fell off car when driving home. I'll need to take the car to the dealership for an inspection and hope there was no damage done to my car.

Usually they are efficient and fast, but latest time they inflated the tires on the left side of the car and forgot to do the right. When I noticed the car was driving different I checked the tire pressure and noticed the difference. I called them and guy was not apologetic at all.

Quick and thorough services. They first inspect your car, lights, windshield wipers, check fluids and your wheels. They get right to work and I love their communication so that no one bumps into one another and it prevents two people working on the same thing at the same time for faster services. I come here all the time for my work car's oil changes and whatnot, I will keep coming here.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

Pulled in to get an oil change and there were three techs in the bay. I went inside to set everything up and stood there waiting for a few minutes and one guy came in but just grab a file and went right back out without helping or even asking why I was standing there. It's no wonder no customers were there, so I did what others before me most likely did. . .leave and go to the closest jiffy lube (see my 5-star review for the jiffy lube location in Arcadia at Santa Anita and Huntington).

I have been bringing my cars here for over 4 years and I can't tell you how wonderful the staff is. I bought a car used certified from Toyota and had a low engine oil signal. The folks at Valvoline told me that someone overtightened the oil filter and damaged the internal piece. Also it had been on the Valvoline record for many miles already. I really appreciate how complete and carefully they perform the service, every time.Thank you!

They are not community friendly. Went in to dispose my used motor oil. They are a recommended location on the city of Pasadena website but they refused.The Jiffy lube on Colorado was friendly and disposed of my used motor oil. Sometimes doing small things for the local community matter when running a business.
