The staff is consistently noted for being really cool, helpful, and providing great service and good advice. Specific staff members are frequently praised for being kind, friendly, and offering excellent customer service. However, the store has recently been consistently out of flower, especially Indica and even hybrid strains, leaving some loyal customers dissatisfied. People can come in waves, so ordering for pickup is suggested.
