I started coming to this location about a year ago and have gained so much knowledge on nutrition & supplements to help me on my weight-loss journey. Being in a bigger body environments like these can be intimidating but I have never felt more seen or welcomed before! Raven has been such a big help with teaching me what I’m going to need to reach my goals. I go about every two weeks to get a body scan and check in to help hold me accountable and keep me grounded.
