Vons pharmacy 2355 East Colorado Boulevard is a full service pharmacy. A perfect location to have your prescriptions filled and immunizations satisfied, while picking up your groceries. I was a new customer and it was easy to fill out the appropriate paperwork and become a loyal customer. I decided to have both the regular flu shot as well as the new COVID shot at the same time. I was happy that they had the new Maderna extra special that just became available. I waited 15 to 20 minutes before my name was called. The technician administered both shots and I was out of the private examination room within 5 minutes. Quick and easy! Lin The technician answered all my questions about the pharmacy's services and gave me my immunization paperwork as I left.
It's nice to have a dependable place for both information and product, relating to my health needs.
Convenience, expertise, and a friendly staff made it a pleasurable visit!

Website has no record of my prescriptions so no way to renew online so I have to call to renew. So much for convenience. 🙁

Please tell the seafood department when packaging the prior frozen fish to sell to the customer. Please make sure the plastic bag you put the fish in Is tied up so It won't leak all over the groceries and in the fridge!!!

Wow, I just wanted to let people how amazing the pharmacy is at Vons. The entire staff is so knowledgeable and friendly, the app is awesome. It let’s know so much regarding refills, when medication is ready for pick up and the thing I like most is that they actually know your name when you come to pick up your medication. Awesome.
I wouldn’t use any other pharmacy only the pharmacy at Vons.

I needed to obtain a Covid 19 vaccine for my son so he could enroll in classes for college! I called every where and luckily Vons in Pasadena had it! The staff was so excellent! Customer service was fantastic. The Pharmacist C. Gu administered the vaccine and asked all the appropriate vaccine questions and made us feel at ease. The pharmacy tech was so nice as well! Knowledgeable staff and organized. Thank you!!

I truly enjoy my pharmacy! The staff is amazing and Clyde is just a wonderfully helpful Tech there! I never have a problem with a renewal or new prescription! They’re reliable and customer service oriented.

Title: Mixed Experience at Vons Grocery StoreMy recent visit to Vons grocery store had its ups and downs. The cashier Nancy was fantastic, offering assistance due to my recent arm surgery, which I greatly appreciated.However, the situation took a negative turn when Dana, the bagger, was assigned to help me. Initially, she declined to assist and, when she eventually did, her service was incredibly slow, leading to frustration.I believe that employees like Dana could benefit from customer service training. Such behavior is not up to the standard expected from Vons staff. In summary, while the cashier's kindness was a highlight, the experience with Dana left room for improvement in the customer service department.

The employees do not know what they are doing. I had to wait for help in the wine cellar for 30 minutes and had to leave cause they could not find the keys. Do not come here.
