I only use the pharmacy at this location because they always have what I need in stock and most of what they sell is for a better price than compared to what the other stores are pricing everything at. The pharmacy techs in my experience have been pretty efficient and get things done.

The recent change in pharmacy hours, closing at 6 PM, has been incredibly inconvenient for me as it makes it impossible to pick up my prescriptions on weekdays. Additionally, the customer service experience at the pharmacy has been disappointing, with long waits and staff seeming to avoid assisting customers promptly. Dealing with Walgreens has become more of a hassle than ever before, prompting me to switch to a different pharmacy today and not look back.

WALGREENS PHOTO IS TERRIBLE
They destroyed my negatives and would not give me the digital copy of the photos.
Then when I asked for a refund because they would not give me the digital copies, they took the prints too.
People were not willing to find a solution to the problem caused by their defective equipment. They had my digital copies in their computer but refused to even put a copy on a thumb drive.

1 star for the inconvenient pharmacy hours They close at 6 pm while the store closes at 10 pm. People get off work at 6. I'll be taking my Rx refills elsewhere.

Feb 3rd I dropped off a disposable camera to be developed. When I filled out the form it asked for my cell number, me assuming they would call when ready since OTHER Walgreens do call when photos are ready. No one was at the counter while I filled out this information at the photo section so I couldn’t ask.2 weeks go by and no call so Today Feb 17th I went it to see if the camera had been developed. I waited for 15 mins until someone assisted me. They asked how could they help and I explained “Hi, I dropped off a camera on Feb 3rd and I haven’t received a call and the associate interrupted me saying plainly “we don’t call”. I said Okay…. She asked for my last name and gave me the photos.To be honest she looked over worked and miserable to be there. I understand working in customer service is an absolute draining experience, but for the nice guests who mean well it’s not a pleasant experience. I hope this Walgreens finds an incentive for their associates to be happier.

Last time I went to pick up COVID meds and had to wait over forty min for a script called in way before I got there. I was sick and many cut in line. It was painful

Terrible service I wanted to return something and the person named Romeo couldn't help me he was getting stressed when I just told him I wasn't going to pay more because I just wanted to exchange something broken but I was going to get the same thing and he was rude and racist ??

I was panicking about getting photos made of a love one that had recently passed away. Isabel came to the rescue and helped me though the process. She was patient and efficient. Isabel took all my worries away, Thank you for all you did to help me.

So I had to write this review because of Ash and his helpfulness. I was on a GrubHub delivery in Mother’s Day for a lady who bought doughnuts for her niece and nephew who lost their Mom. She requested a note and Ash processed some paper and tape without charging me, and I am just so thankful.

They over charge? I paid $21 for some pepto bismol pills ........ I called and they said everything is over priced in store than online. So they expect us to buy online and do curbside?

Placing a customer on hold five times during one phone call is completely unacceptable. I understand that the pharmacy is busy but picking up the phone and saying, “Pharmacy, please hold,” or saying nothing at all and not allowing the customer to respond before placing them on hold 5 times is not good customer service. Provide an option that provides customers a call back when someone is available to speak to them if you’re that busy. Not sure I want to have my prescription sent here anymore.

In 4 days they were unable to supply emergency pain medication. They only brought us in every hour or morning.
