Before you bank here. Don't listen to me..Try it for yourself. Call the listed number and try to get to a human being. Seriously. We tried many times. And the answer? NO ONE IS AVAILABLE TO ANSWER THE PHONE. Seriously? In the middle of a banking day? This should give you an idea of how it's going to be going forward. You think it's going to change once they HAVE your money? See for yourself. I'm now seeing other comments. Same experience. Happy to see it. They are truly consistent.

Per the usual in this era of humanity (social media era), good service is just absent. Give them a call to speak to a banker and no one will pick up. They let it go to the voicemail. When you walk in the place is huge and empty! One teller may be at a window. A few others in the back doing whatever they are doing (not answering the calls that come in). I can't say that this bank is are different from many companies these days. Good service is something that away once millennials hit the work force it seems for so many businesses. It's just sad you can't reach a live teller on the phone to ask a simple question. A bit frustrating but hey, it is what it is right? I'm not saying they wouldn't be friendly and provide decent service IF you can actually speak to a teller. I am saying from my experience they won't even answer the phones. I'm calling back over and over to no avail.

***This review is for outside ATM use only*** I was in the Pasadena area for my fitness session last weekend. After my workout, I needed to get some money. I didn't necessarily need to walk inside the bank. ATM was just fine. I searched on Google and found this Wells Fargo Bank (WFB) right on Lake Ave and Green Street. Perfect! While I was driving over here, I wondered if they have parking. As I was on Green and crossing Lake, I noticed there was about two car spaces with green painted on the curb side. Unfortunately, I drove too fast to stop in time, but I caught a glimpse of the curb. It turns out they are temporary 15 min parking spaces for WFB customers... wonderful! I drove back and was able to get one of them 15 min parking spots. There are two ATM available for use. There was no line at the time. My ATM visit was very quick... they usually are. Got my money and I was off to the next spot LOL. Thank you WFB for being at this location and for the two temporary 15 min parking spots! Greatly appreciated.

The worst Well Fargo of all time. Always understaffed! Employees walking around not helping others while a huge line is in place. MGMT should know better but it seems nobody here cares about anything anymore. Avoid this location if you can. I hope this location gets closed or gets revamped with all new staff.

Very disappointed at this branch for closing earlier than stated. I saw the banker closing at 458 pm. Signage says they close at 500pm.

The main reason for picking this location was their opening hours on Saturday’s, in case we would need to access our safety box! Now it’s one of those Saturday’s and my wife just called me and told me that they are closed! Maybe we somehow missed their announcement for this change, but as far as we know we didn’t and that’s REALLY bad customer service!

This is the WORST branch. Managers have no sense of accountability and talk down to you. Experienced it and seen it. Also, you can call till the cows come home. You’ll never get anyone to answer.

VERY slow and often short-staffed. Wait 1/2 hour for straight deposit when only 2 people in front of me. Always have excuses!

Manager with glasses and long hair that sits in the back right corner is so rude learn to speak with people please. As a manger you must learn to be very overly friendly and not look so annoyed all the time. Please work on your service! :-)Tellers are all so sweet. Very happy every-time I come and speak with them.

Save yourself from the unending disappointment that is Wells Fargo of Pasadena.We waited to deposit a check for 2 hours.We were consistently interrupted during our visit.We were lied to repeatedly.As a result we decided to pull our mortgage and cancel our credit cards. Worst bank ever! They closed our joint account because of some address misunderstanding. The branch manager was very friendly over the phone, but didn't have the authority to reverse WF's assine automated process - ie. reopen our closed account. And NO, we will not "just drop by to open a new account", NOT GONNA HAPPEN - EVER!!!!Americans deserves better banking than this! Avoid Wells Fargo at ALL COST!

Terrible customer service! This office doesn't provide the basic customer service needs. I had to wire funds and they made me wait an hour before they would help me. They said I had to have an appointment. I explained this was for a deposit to escrow and it was time sensitive. The manager said download the app and do it yourself. I do not recommend Wells Fargo at all.
