Wells Fargo in general is a useless bank. They do not honor stop check transactions even if you go through the trouble of filling out forms. What's the point and I have done it at other banks and they honor it. Then they say you have to contact merchant to change it so why do they have a stop payment option? Waste of time.

Bank tellers were unable to help with a simple larger wire transfer. And with a branch manager pretending to be busy, this branch could also just not exist at all. A waste of 45min with no customer service.

Worst service on the planet. If you can bank elsewhere, do so. Every. Single. Time without fail, there is a long line and maybe, if your lucky, two tellers. In the meantime, there are several employees milling about behind the windows but they apparently aren't tellers, "that's not my job," is what you'll hear if you dare speak up. Ridiculous! Steer clear if you can. Chase Bank just across the street is 20x better service.

I needed help with getting a document for my taxes (which I maybe could have gotten myself...). Stopped into this branch and just interrupted Ani D. from what she was doing...like, you know, work stuff. She put everything aside and spent the next 10 minutes helping get the document I needed. No irritation that I was taking her away from, I'm sure, much bigger and better banking things, just a pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable person providing great customer service. We need more people like her out there. A definite asset to this company.Thank you, Ani! (or is it Bonnie? lol)

As a customer of Wells Fargo since 2006, I had the worst experience in my life. It was very dramatic. I walked in this branch to withdraw money from my business account. First I told the teller I need to withdraw cash, she invited the supervisor to approve. When the supervisor approached the window, as she looking at the account she became irritable and stated treating me like a criminal. She started drilling me and ask me questions over and over about my account from different angles. Finally the supervisor gave up and walked away, the teller continue looking and touching at my ID as if it's a fake and keep tying on the computer. Suddenly she leaned over and asked " what kind of corporation is this, what type of business you do????" I told her you asked too many questions, you need to go and get my money. She took another few minutes to get the cash. The teller walked back with the cash and the SUPERVISOR following her like I'm stealing money out of my own account. I know 100% I was racially discriminated. If you are Asian, do not go to Wells Fargo. It took them almost 30 minutes to complete a withdraw transaction, that's not right. You can tell that's the culture at that branch. I filed a complaint with the corporate office, until today I never received a phone call.

My fiancé and I have gone to this branch twice in the last month in order to wire funds for our escrow. We were helped by Carlos both times and it was a lovely experience during a stressful time for us. We really appreciated his professionalism, punctuality, and calm demeanor.

Inconsistent when opening accounts. One wells fargo branch will say one thing and they will say something else. Understaffed as well. Would recommend a different bank.

My one star rating is for the parking situation. More specifically the attendants. I've never experienced such blatant abuse of minimal power. I really might not shop here /use this branch anymore. I might switch to BofA. That upsetting. Today the drive up atm was closed as it was being worked on so I had to park to use the atm. I park in the Wells Fargo designated spot and start walking towards the buildings. I hear the attendants start screaming at me about my car. They started questioning me about what I'm doing. They even go as far to tell me that I can't walk up the way I want to. I had to use the restroom and thought I would stop by Starbucks and use theirs first before going to the atm. Sometimes you've got to go. The attendants made such a big scene yelling at me to move my car. I didn't think I had to dignify my bathroom trip to them but since I desperately needed to go Im explaining this to them and they just continue to make a big scene (which was so embarrassing in front of other customers) they yell at me if I don't like it to go talk to the bank. It was like they enjoyed this and were laughing at me. I didn't even get any of my business done. I was so upset I just left. Am I expected to repark my car for each business I use here? Ridiculous. Good luck losing business here because as well intentioned as having parking attendants is... this is the opposite of customer service.
