Im not happy at all! There was fraud on my account not the 1st time. I went inside the branch opened a new account and they agent did not. Lose the old account. I found out that there was a fee on the account that was to be closed after the restricted my account and took my fund not only out of my account but also my 14year old daughters account without any notification. I have been able to get it resolved because the banking manager has not contacted me yet and I've been calling..

This place is awesome. Every few weeks when I lose my wallet, I swing by. They are able to print them out there and give you a new one within minutes. The wait times on the phone are insanely high which is why I'm knocking a star off. But I like my credit union. I've been with them for 17 years.

I cannot even begin to explain what awful customer service this bank offers. It’s shockingly bad and I’m an Advantage member, which is one of the highest level members. And you have to use customer service constantly, because their tech is so bad you cannot accomplish simple tasks online.

Wescom takes part in predatory billing practices and lending. I tried to communicate with Wescom and even a certified letter to the Supervisory committee went unanswered, all the while they kept piling interest and fees while ignoring a member's attempts to open a channel of communication. I recommend taking your business and trust elsewhere.

Go Bruins! Get the UCLA Logo Credit Card here. Having a local branch close to home is a blessing for cash, services, and personal contact. The employees are professional and efficient. Their rates are good too!

Customer service has gone down fast. I guess being a member for over 25 years means nothing to them, or I should just work on switching to a new credit union.Just a year ago, if you needed to reach member services for any questions, you'd be connected within a few minutes. Now it's listening to their garbage automated telephone line, and waiting for someone to pick up. Chat on their app isn't any better either. I expect at least a response that someone will respond eventually. On this app, you send a message, wait for 5 minutes with the app open for someone to respond, and then 20 minutes later check back to see someone responded 15 minutes after the initial contact and ask close the conversation leaving you to do the whole thing over again.Terrible customer service. They've gotten so big they just don't care anymore.

Not really sure what has happened with Wescom, but they used to have a great service before and now it is horrible! Long phone waits but the worst is the attitude and lack of friendliness from the staff. Wescom, please go back to have good service and friendly attitude with customers.

Horrible service. Especially card services. I've had to wait over a month, on average, when my card is blocked due to fraudulent activity. You are victimized by the scammer then by the credit union. My last card was blocked on February 21,2023. Here it is, March 23,2023, and Im still waiting. There is always an excuse, the mail, Covid, or you have a picture card. The last excuse was, is a plastic shortage!I just don't trust them anymore. A while back, I called because I had not received the card, and it turns out the card was never ordered!These standards fall way below of their famous "Mission Statement Standards" promised by their president Darren Williams!You will get a generic response from some so-called owner;"Please contact us." they give you a website site to respond with,A total wasted of time!That's not the way to treat a member in excellent standings since 1983 when it was called Tellephone Employees Credit Union.Another time, another place.Times have changed, and we have to expect poor quality from this bank!

Incompetency! Poor customer service!To start, the hold times for service when you have to call is long, very long! not only long, but you have to listen to that awful hold music. I dreed when I have to re-order my visa card due to fraudulent activity.You feel victimized twice, once by the scammer and then by the credit union. On a one occasion, after waiting over two weeks, it turned out the card was never ordered, so they had to reorder the card again and since I have a picture on the card I was told it was going to take even longer. It took almost a month before I finally got my card. The rep tells you 7-10 working days, you wait the two weeks, you call them back, you are told to give it a few more days because of the mail, so you wait, after a couple days, nothing, so you call them back, what do they say? well it seems like you card is lost in the mail or they will blame a 3rd party, and they will have to cancel the card and start all over. very frustrating! I have been a member in good standing for over 38 years, back when it was Telephone Employees Credit Union. They use to be a top notch banking institution and the envy of other banks and credit unions. Now, they have become sub-standard and I would not recommend them to my worst enemy! Take it from a member that has seen better days, stay away and avoid the headaches! PS. Wescom, I am still waiting for my card that I had to blocked due to an unauthorized charge way back in February 22, 2023. Today is the 15th of March, are you going to validate my review and make it the usual month wait? or will you lower the bar and keep me waiting until April fools day comes along? Shameful!!
