Let me start off by saying I love shopping at Williams Sonoma. However, I’ve never had a good experience at the Pasadena store. The men and women that work there are rude and not very friendly. I recently visited the store for some Christmas shopping, I purchased a whiskey sour mixer for 22.95. I noticed it had another price tag underneath and when I looked at it the price was 18.95…please make that make sense. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I've gone to this store several times and I do not think anyone has ever helped me. Today I needed a coffee machine, I wanted to purchase an expensive coffee machine since the last machine I purchased here died after 9 months. (Another issue for another day) I went to the store twice today. Both times I stood next to the big box and stared at the workers and hoped someone would notice me waving them down. I got no help, zero help. I left. I will buy my stuff from another store, probably another business, you lost my business.

I was not pleased to go in to the store to only find out that one of the items from my online order was not available. The worker seemed oblivious at first. But, when I asked him to look into it, he didn’t really give me an explanation as to why it was canceled. I would not order anything from their website and pick it up at this store.

It is a nice store in Pasadena. They have a great quality of kitchen gadgets and appliances. You can find a wide variety of famous brands.The customer service is outstanding. It is a great place to go to when you look for quality cookware and cooking utensils.

I tried to buy a wedding gift (for $170) at 7:30 in the evening. When I asked for gift wrapping, they said they couldn’t do it because the store closed at 8:00. I consider this insulting to my intelligence and terrible customer service.

Service in store is good. But their products are ok depending on what your getting. We had an issue with a citrus juicer and after 90 days there's nothing they would consider doing. Ok that's fine, but the store associate was like "meh-we don't do that". So this is in response to an overpriced mediocre citrus juicer. Look elsewhere people! Not worth the price and certainly not worth the lamé companies that think brand is soooo important. No, quality is way more important. And of even greater value is the human quality that a good considerate service agent can bring. Anyway thx for reading rant. Peace

I lost count how many times I visit this store. Vince always wonderful, the way he treats customers just above and beyond. Even store pretty busy when I was there, he made sure that everyone got attention and not being neglected. I love whenever Vince on shift the shipping experience def more enjoyable. Never rushed me or pushy when it comes to sales!

Never have I been treated so rudely in a store as I was today in the Pasadena Williams-Sonoma store. I have been a customer of the Pottery Barn family of stores for over 20 years. I have purchased furniture, linens, decor, etc. from Pottery Barn, as well as cookware and other kitchen items from Williams-Sonoma for myself and as gifts for others. Normally, the women who work at that store are very kind, however, today the gentleman I spoke with at the counter was condescending, disrespectful and rude - so much so, that I will never set foot in that store again. Even though I live in Pasadena, I will drive to the Santa Monica store before I would ever walk through those doors again.

Needed kitchen knife sharpening and they have great prices! ($5 per a knife, they do not do serrated).It took only about a day or two for it to be completed.I picked it up and had no problems and it was packaged safely.I even stopped to drink some water cause I was so thirsty and thankfully they had water available for customers!!Tip- I parked near Chipotle and walked over to avoid paying for parkingIt’s always decorated so nicely outside and looks so clean inside!

I received a bread knife as a gift, but I already had the exact same knife. I returned it to the store in hopes of exchanging it for something else. I was told I could get a gift card instead. The associate promised me that the person who gave me the gift would not be notified that I had returned the gift. And then they proceeded to mail my gift card directly to the person who gave me the gift. I called weeks later to check on the status and they told me what had happened. They then promised to send the gift card to my house as they had first promised. The card never showed up. I have called several times to follow up and the calls put me on hold - and then hang up. I'm beginning to think that I may be out the $165 I am owed by this company. It's sad. I used to really like them. I have reached out directly to the GM of this store, instead of the national customer service number. We'll see if it's resolved.
