I came to exchange a perfume the manager refused to return and she was talking really rude with the customers zara should not treat us like this just because we wanted to return something she refused.

0 stars for customer service! The employees are way too busy to assist the customers! When you call "customer service" all they do is explain to you why they can't help you. The dress that I wanted was available however they would not charge it to my credit card and send it, they would not charge it to my credit card and place it on hold . they would not transfer the item to a store near me, they would not hold the item long enough for me to drive to the store where it was available. I have never experienced anything quite like it. I wanted to buy they are in business to sell. However, they would do absolutely nothing to assist me with the purchase!!! they said, I was speaking with CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I must say, I was deeply disappointed with the customer service I received today. As a loyal Zara customer who shops frequently, both in the U.S. and Europe, I expected a certain level of courtesy and assistance from the staff. Upon entering the fitting room area, I noticed a guy sitting inside the women's fitting room, waiting for his friends, making the environment uncomfortable and uncontrollable for female customers like myself. Surprisingly, the fitting room employee didn't address this situation, which left many of us feeling uneasy and ignored. He was even allowed to sit there and watch other women. While the same fitting room employee refused my mother to come inside the fitting room and sit or help me out with trying on the dresses.I also observed that some customers tried on clothes and left them inside the fitting rooms, yet the same employee compelled me to hang up the two items I tried on. This inconsistency in treatment made me feel singled out, discriminated, and unfairly targeted.To make matters worse, the store manager showed no concern or willingness to apologize for the behavior of the fitting room employee. This lack of accountability only added to my frustration and disappointment. But now I understood why this location had so many bad reviews...

Spacious store with very poor selection of clothing. The store smelled like bad quality cleaning product and wasn't pleasant to shop around. The employees I interacted with were rude and didn't care to help. There was a long like and the two girls at the register were chatting and joking around. I did end up getting a shirt but was annoyed at the employees for taking so long. The quality of clothes at Zara is not the same anymore, they used to have cute clothes.

So shocked to see this Zara had such a low rating! I've always had a pleasant time here. Yes the lines can be long, but that's typical at any Zara. Special shout out to the manager Carolina. She went above and beyond to help me with an issue I had. This is my go to Zara bc it's convenient and the selection isn't as picked over as other locations. I'm here monthly and it never occurred to me to leave reviews for a clothing store until now!

Got some great deals! Don't understand why they don't have a return line and a purchase line like other locations though. Have to pay for parking so waiting for people to return purchases take forever since the articles have to be attached with security clip and then hung. Too SLOW!

Graciously, I added a star because I always find something at this location that I love. However it's without the help of anyone who works there. Picking up an online order took me over 20 minutes because the pick ups are only done at the back of the store in the men's area. However, the cashier was closed and there wasn't an employee in sight. I went back to the front store cashier and asked if someone could help me w an online order and she said sure. Waited another 10 minutes until I finally asked someone walking by, who I only knew was an employee by the walkie talkie. She was very disheveled and wearing sweats. All good but she did not look well and kept walking when I asked her for help. Finally someone came out of the stock room and after the third time asking for help he was able to get me my package. If you do okay shopping alone than you are good to go at this location. Lesson learned: get orders shipped to my home :)

Worst customer service ever! BEYOND RUDE EMPLOYEE. I had to ask her to help check people out cause the line was so long and she was just standing behind the counter not helping anyone. Then she continued with an attitude issue.

This place sucks!!No service And then we bought one item and when we got homeLooked at our credit cardAnd saw that we got charges three times for the same item.What a pain in the arse.When we called, after the 20'time someone finally picked up andWithout an apology said you just have to come back to get a refund.As if we made the mistake.This store is most unfriendly and useless.

PROS:- lots of inventory- organized- less people- staff don't bother you when you shopCONS:- seems always understaffed so good luck if you need help finding something- lines are long - crazy return lines when it's sale seasonOverall, still my favorite location because there is less traffic and I always find what I need. There is always parking at the structures if you don't find street parking. Structures are $1 for the first hour now and $2 per hour after that.

This location is terrible, it barely has any options compared to other stores, and has terrible customer service. Avoid shopping at this location if you can. I went to this zara with my husband for us to find a last minute outfit. We were on a time schedule as my baby was being watched/I'm nursing, and we had come from a few cities down to go to another store in Pasadena that closed within the next hour. After we payed and walked half way out of the store, the sensor went off on one of our items. I was a little annoyed that the cashier forgot to take the sensor off as we were in a rush but knew mistakes happen. It turns out that the cashier and two other managers (one dressed like a punk and the other who didn't speak clear English) made it a nightmare and accused me and my husband of not paying for an item because the sensors were showing it didn't match with the item we purchased. They kept going back and fourth, going through our receipt, and counted our items multiple times. The story kept changing from we didn't charge you to you could be overcharged. I regret not taking the receipt and calculating the items individually myself at this point but I had no idea how dramatic this could all be. It was very clear as day that we payed for everything and it was there mistake of some sort by accidentally placing two sensor tags on the sweater my husband happen to choose. But the worst was that one manager had the audacity to say we didn't pay for an item when the recipient shows we did and then for them to question where the item came from when we literally were rung up by the cashier they were standing next to and by the fact that the exit was steps away from the register. Overall, it was a nightmare for us and it took an extra 30 minutes of our time due to their poor management and organization. We barely made it to the store we primarily drove down to Pasadena for but still didn't have enough time to shop unfortunately.
