Switched pharmacy today from Riteaid to Albertsons Sav-on pharmacy. Everything went smooth and the staff are extremely polite on the phone. They made the transfer from Riteaid effortless.

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had in a pharmacy ever. The friendliness level is very minimal. Every time I’ve gone in there has been an issue on there end. First they had two profiles on me and had the incorrect information in the system.
I’ve been told before that my refill wasn’t ready. When it was. It was just incorrect billing on the second profile they “accidentally” made.
Then they said today after the new year the insurance carrier changed. Which is totally fine but again it wasn’t just a in and out. I was just frustrated that it’s never a smooth process.
Finally, a few hours later, I was able to actually get my medication when I went to pick up my medication. I was dressed by a woman who I’ve never really had to speak with before She was instantly giving me attitude and speaking to me and a demeaning way. Every time I try to speak, she cut me off. She was visibly upset. She was shaking. And not speaking to me in a professional manner whatsoever. I asked her why she isn’t trying to make a solution yet. She’s speaking to me the way that she is. She then said to me because I’m pissing her off. I told her that I’m getting anxiety medication and this is an anxiety provoking situation and she says out loud. Yeah I know it’s for your anxiety we know it’s for your anxiety. She made this laughing face. I told her not one time did I ever say that someone was doing their job wrong and that it’s just very frustrating on my side she didn’t want to hear anything I had to say and she actually advised me to go to a different pharmacy. Because I told her I might switch due to all the issues she said please do go somewhere else.
She also told me how they have a profile on me insinuating that I have been rude more than once and there’s this profile built on me. It doesn’t even stop there the end of the conversation she says you know I can refuse your medication right.
This is what really affected me. How dare she even say that. I never swore, raised my voice, I was understanding and tried talking about how hard it seems to be just to get the medication. I told her if she didn’t want to give me my medication because I spoke up about it being hard on me that there is always an issue. A issue not on my end and nothing to do with me. I think I have the right to be annoyed. It’s not a personal thing it’s just frustrating. Health and wealth are number one stressors in life and the girl that handled me today completely doesn’t understand empathy and good customer service.
Regardless, if a customer does give you attitude or not. You’re supposed to always remain professional and do your job. Never will I go there again, I will be contacting corporate. She broke many violations including HIPAA. She was saying out loud in front of other customers personal information about my mental health and medication. I work in the store as well so people know me personally and now the whole store probably knows I am on medication.

Our local reliable pharmacy. They always have or get what our family needs in a timely manner. The head pharmacist Anna and her team provide exceptional advice and service. Previously we had tried a few other places. We are very happy now. Best time to visit is early morning, or before closing, to avoid lines.

I found the staff to be courteous and professional in the process of receiving my vaccine. I came as a walk-in and was taken right away with no wait. Of course it was flu vaccine and not the Covid.

Absolutely horrible service. They don't answer the phone nor do they call you about a prescription when the staff told you they would call you. Never going back again.

I'm giving it 3 stars because I just picked up a prescription and I was told I couldn't use good rx. Now what pharmacy does this. I love this pharmacy normally but when money is tight and I have a spouse not working, good rx comes in handy. To say I have to pay 27 dollars and not the 13 dollars from good rx is not good business.
