The workers were very nice and helpful but there's not enough workers for the many customers that were in the store. I've been here several times and all times were the same. They need more workers.

Switched out my phone and my mother’s phone on Saturday. Maria, who helped us, was amazing. She was knowledgeable, patient and very helpful. Highly recommend this ATT location.

Natalia, Gabriela and Sal where top notch 5+ star. Service was spot on and fast considering we did 2 trade ins. They helped us save money on our bill as well. Best experience we've had in many years.

Worst location ever, not only do they give access to ppl on your account to do as they please (only the main account holder has access) but they really don't know what they are doing. I have been here only a couple of times because literally each person we have encountered hasn't been trained properly. Our last incident was the worst. Went in to activate a phone with a number that was already on the plan. Tell me why they deactivated the main account holder line instead and then go to say they didn't only to be charged $5 to add a new SIM card because they deactivated it like really? You have one job. Then went in again today to activate the new phone only to be told the only way to get a new phone would be to purchase a new line and promotion. I said thank you and walked out. I called ATT and got the phone activated without a hitch. Be careful these ppl don't know what the heck they are doing. They have 1 make who apparently knows what he is doing and seem to call him for everything. Because they are so incompetent we go to the San Luis Obispo location where the actual ATT corporate store is located (ATT Paso Robles is privately owned). San Luis told us that they get all of Paso Robles customers due to their constant screw ups.. be careful going to the Paso Robles location. Without my consent (the primary account holder) went into my account and upgraded one of my lines to my mother in law and screwed her over on a promotion (English is her second language and she doesn't understand much). She got stuck overpaying, they told her she was eligible for a promotion when she clearly wasn't.

Management is very rude here and they don’t answer the phone at all, it also takes two employees for one person for one customer

Natalia is the most helpful att employee I’ve ever worked with.she solved all my problems and was very friendly, has lots of patience.would definitely ask for her again.great location definitely recommend Paso Robles location

Ive been with AT&T for over 15 years, horrible customer service here. Short answers, staff not knowledgeable about the product and don't even try calling on a weekend. Its an automatic "Hold please.." 15min later,"Sorry, for our safety we can't give out any info over the phone about phones we might have in stock--your just going to have to come in."Horrible policy, not customer friendly or convenient. Since when did working at AT&T in Paso Robles become too dangerous of a job to provide basic info and decent customer service over the phone? Atleast look up my account and tell me my options. But atleast they answered the phone. I called the "Target location" a few times--no answer, Atascadero location not even open. Someone open a decent AT&T store here.

Just got off the phone with a representative from this location who provided low quality customer service and knowledge about their inventory. I was happy when my call was answered and was told they could help me in 20 mins. Once I started asking questions about inventory the associate let me know that she did not know what they had in stock. I suppose that’s semi understandable since I’m sure there is a large variety on rotation. I was asking about the iPhone 15 pro max. The associate said they didn’t know if they had it and there was no way to find out unless she opened the safe, which she cannot do unless there is a guest in the store willing to purchase the phone. I kindly asked if she’d be willing to give me a call back the next time she opened the safe to let me know if she has it or not—because if they don’t have the phone I’m looking for I will try again later or place an order. She said that she would call me back, if she had time…I then asked her if she was interested in selling me a phone today at all—and then she hung up.Looks like this AT&T location isn’t too concerned about their potential customers or their sales—won’t be buying a phone or starting services with this AT&T location. How could you not know your own inventory?? As if she wasn’t sitting in front of a computer or tablet with all the info she needed to answer simple questions. I myself have been phone sales in the past and the lack of knowledge and customer service that this employee showcased today would not be considered professional or productive in any way.

Best customer service I’ve ever received . Huge thank you to Michael for going above and beyond what was required of him by looking out for me and ensuring I was not left without cell service . 10/10 recommend this store if you’re looking to switch to AT&T
