I have never in my life come across people more incompetent or more inept than the people that run this branch. The ONLY way they could be less helpful would be if they were just closed entirely. They are a prime example of how to destroy your own business and customer base. We are going to a new bank.

Today was my first time in Bank of America. It was so easy going. Jesse and Judith were rockstars, very friendly and the process went smoothly!

There is 1 teller and the chubby guy manager is just sitting there. Shouldn't he be helping customers because there is a line.

What a horrible experience. Only one teller open. No one acknowledges customers or the ever growing line. I speak up and ask why no more tellers and I'm summarily shot down that they have other work. I do everything I can not to come into the bank for any reason. Thinking of transferring to Wells Fargo

Spent over an hour in line for a simple deposit that couldn’t be received by the atm, since they only had 2 tellers open between 10am and 1pm on saturday. Next week i waited 30 min past my appointment time, just to have the banker fail to sumbit my credit application and have no trace of it later that month.

They don't want to help you. I ran out of deposit slips and had to go into the bank. The BofA branch in Atascadero is closed "temporarily" (I heard all their staff left) and so I went to the Paso Robles BofA branch to make a deposit. The lady made the deposit but when I asked if she could order deposit slips she replied: "We don't do that. You can call or do it online." I tried calling and got a recording. After multiple menu selections the recording said to do it online. I went online and entered my id and password and kept getting the message that they didn't match. You can't get a person on the phone line. It seems obvious that BofA doesn't want any contact with customers except within the confines of the digital world and if there is a glitch and you can't solve it, then too bad, you as a client are too much of a bother. There are several local banks in Atascadero that I am familiar with and, even though it's a bother to switch my account to one of them, that's what I think I'll have to do. I know the other local banks have employees who are willing to help a client with a problem. I'm just grateful that I still have some BofA checks left with which to withdraw the account funds and deposit them in one of the other banks here in Atascadero.

Tried to open up an account for my son who's in high high and gets off at 3 pm. According to the bank, they don't have any appointments after 3, so how do I open an account for him if he's in school. Looks like I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Taking my money elsewhere. The monthly "service" fee stolen by this bank is a joke. The Atascadero branch of B of A is closed resulting in my being forced to travel by bus to the Paso location.. Not a welcoming environment. Very little English spoken by staff. Even the the ads playing over the PA system were exclusively in Spanish. There were inconsist safety precautions. The teller assistant me was wearing gloves but the next teller over helping another customer was not. It made me feel that I was viewed as dirtier than other customers. I would receive better customer service cashing my check at a grocery store.

Are you kidding me? The bank is just closed? I need my money and their ATM withdrawal limits are really not enough. I've banked with this branch for 15 years. I'm closing all my accounts and going to a bank that is open. Thanks for nothing
