Unbelievable!!! I have my auto deposits go to my savings for greater security. But today, Saturday morning on a holiday weekend, the online transfer feature is not working. I called customer service and they were quite condescending, telling me they were doing end of the year upgrades and the access would be intermittent until TUESDAY!!!!! It is 10;30 am and I have been trying "intermittently" for TWO HOURS!!! Am I supposed to sit at my computer all day to try to snag an opening????? Most banks do this stuff at night! NO HELP AT ALL from customer service. Obviously, this small, local bank does not give a rats patootie about actually helping their customers! I will be looking for a new bank. This is getting ridiculous!

What is up with the ATM deposit here!?! I deposit cash and have to wait a whole 24 hours to use it. I never have an issue at the slo branch. If you’re leaving town make sure it’s in your account first I just had a surprise when mine wasn’t there. Until 24 hours later. Lucky I had other money handy.

I called customer service this morning needing some things, I was told it was not possible. I was transferred to Lisa who fixed my problem in a matter of minutes. I am still in shock at how quickly she resolved my issue and how painless she made it. Thank you again!

The tellers are great. The younger female manager is not. She is very unhelpful and very rigid. She is also very conniving and double faced. This particular branch is not a great place to bank should you have problems involving the Manager.

I do not recommend the Paso Robles branch because the bank manager Daina Holloway is treating the bank as a dating network. On February 22nd 2019,my husband went into this branch to make a bank deposit, he has been banking with Bank of the Sierra for many years, and he's very happy with this bank. However, later on that day he received a text from Daina inviting him for coffee or drinks knowing that he's a married man. She breached my husband's privacy by going into his account to attain his cell phone number abusing her position as an employee at that bank. Since she has no respect for herself, the least she could do is to respect her place of employment, respect their clients, and to learn that a bank is not a bar.

The crew was completely inept the last time I went in. They couldn't set up a simple transfer to another bank for me and I asked if there was a way I could use my Debit Card while ordering another one because the one I had was hard to read and the chip was coming apart from the card. I was told that they would order a new one and the old one would stillfunction. Now I can't use my Debit card. I'm usually a very laid back person but the ineptitude I encountered in that visit was astounding. It's enough to make me drive to Atascadero or San Luis Obispo to do my banking in the future. Amendment: they have been very apologetic and helpful ever since. I added 2 stars to the review. I am still upset this happened because it has stopped automatic payments and my ability to use my card on the fly, but the people who work there are GOOD people and have done their best to rectify the situation.
