Was great until recent. Not sure if it’s “Jim or Tim” but that person has terrible customer service. Understanding of the questions asked to verify ID but this isn’t the DMV, you can act like a human.

While I am always impressed by the selection they have here, Bevmo has joined some of the others with "online only" deals that make it frustrating as a consumer in store.

The store is well stocked and convenient. Iam not impressed by your employees. I am 69 years old and was asked if I was over 21yrs old and asked for Identification which I did . This was the only time anyone in BevMo stores ever asked me. You should train your employees better . I have a gray almost white beard .
