“Tom and his team were great in all the ways that mattered!We took my girlfriend's car here and had a great experience. Tom gave me a quote that was 5 to 10 percent better than the competition. When I explained the financial pressure that my girlfriend was under, he worked with us on which parts could be after-market and reduce the price further (at the cost of taking longer to order and ship). We worked together to find the right mix of price and speed that worked for us.I called Tom every few days for updates and he was patient and thorough with his communications with me. (Ie, he put up with me being a pain).In the end, we got exactly what we wanted at a great price, with great service. What more can you ask for.I read a negative review below that said his office was a mess. I can confirm that it's a mess and that I don't care. Rainbow is obviously a family owned shop that's been in business, happily serving local customers, for years. I'm fine with a shop that lacks the professional office of a large impersonal corporation! Just give me the right service at the right price and I won't judge your office clutter.”

“Todd and Travis are great and do amazing work!! I purchased a newer truck that came from the east coast so.....rust all over the underside. Fortunately it was only three years old so it was all surface rust. They completely sanded and acid washed the underside and recoated it with rubberized material. They went above and beyond my expectations and really coated anything and everything that needed it. The underside looks darn near brand new and will last forever over here in California on the Central Coast. They did fantastic work with reasonable prices. Everyone else I called was scared off by the rust and wouldn't even touch my truck. TNT handled it within a few days. “I had a great experience with G&H Autobody after they finished repairing damage from an accident. They were so friendly and easy to work with. Not only did they fix it to look like new, I felt like they went above and beyond by washing the outside of my jeep and what seemed like a light vacuuming on the inside. They communicated with me well, stayed with their estimated time frame, and handled everything directly with the insurance company. To top it off they even arranged rides with enterprise and when they couldn't get ahold of them, Gus personally drove me and my toddler there. I highly recommend this shop!”

“Great experience, from the first phone call, to the time I was handed my keys, I couldn't have been more pleased. My car was hit on the passenger side. Needed new bumper, headlight, front side panel, right front door and hood. As a caregiver, I couldn't get my mom in the front seat as my door wouldn't open. It was such a mess. Everyone at Davis was so accommodating, kind and professional. Very honest with letting me know it would take a bit of time to get all the different parts needed. Once they got my car and started working on it, it took a day longer than estimated. I got a call regarding the completion date change. Great customer service!
