Absolutely has the very best, nicest and most helpful people on the planet, you can't find a better pharmacy. I've been going there for years, so glad to not have to use CVS or Rite Aid anymore.

Great people. Small town feel and small town service. So much better than the big companies. No drive through. Not open late. If they take your insurance then do your best to give them your business.

What a great small town pharmacy. After dealing with Rite Aid for the last 6 months, dealing with their processing times of 6 to 8 hours, I finally got fed up with them. One prescription filled at BrookLin pharmacy took about 30 min and was such a pleasant experience. I will be having this pharmacy fill all my prescriptions from now on.

Visit this business during my mini-vacation due to unexpected seasonal allergies. The pharmacist was really nice and patiently explain the difference between each medication, offered suggestions. They also have a cooler with mini bottled water for customers. It is important for us to support independent pharmacies, local businesses, and I truly enjoyed their service, that is something that is hardly seen in chain pharmacies.

Phenomenal!!! The owners are kind, friendly, and caring. How did I not know about this place? They get you in and out ASAP and remember your name. And the price is often cheaper than Walmart!!!

Best anywhere, great family pharmacy, small old school vibe. Someone wrote about bad customer service, not here there is.... usually those with attitudes are never happy. Can't say enough good things about them, always a great conversation and Brooks always gets it handled

Best pharmacy experience ever. First time I went to a pharmacy and didn't have to wait in line. Staff was very helpful on the phone with directions and answered my questions thoroughly. I couldn't get to the pharmacy until about 5 minutes before closing and I was afraid they might close early (this has happened to me before at another small business in the past so that colored my experience) Not this pharmacy. They were open with 3 people on staff who were friendly, helpful and professional. The place was very clean and COVID safety precautions were apparent.

This is a fantastic alternative to the long lines and sad faces at places like Rite Aid and CVS. Everyone is friendly and helpful and BO really has that old time small town feel, like Aunt Bee would have picked up Opie's Desmopressin. Maybe they lack the online presence of the big stores but the overall experience is a welcome relief from corporate healthcare.
