Went to get my bumper repaired. Was told they would call when it was done… never did.
Picked up my car. Looked at the bumper the next morning. Pitted and over spray left… VERY POOR JOB.
Called, Thomas, who said he would make it right. Told us he would be at his shop at 9am. Was Not there.
Poor customer service and no pride in their work.😔

The favorable ratings for this business are from yesteryear with the previous owner.
Aaron Farrell repaired the front of my car from a collision. I picked it up when finished and the temperature gauge started to climb.
I called and reported this to him and he cited this as, I quote: "It has to be your luck because it was fine when I drove it".
As it turns out, the fastener for the lower radiator hose was not up and over the lip of the outlet, causing the hose to come off and drain the coolant.
I asked him to call me, but never heard from him.
Paying him in full was a mistake. Once he had my money he wrote me off.

Called to get a range of what their prices are for a small dent. The guy who picked up rudely said he can't give me a quote until he sees it. I politely asked if he has a range for something like that and he said, "How about $5000, does that work for you?".Worst customer service I've ever experienced, this guy should be fired. If he's the owner he shouldn't even be running a business.

These guys have always been good and reliable for small body repairs. We have brought our cars here several times for bumper repair, minor dings and scratches. They are fast and do good work, and perhaps most importantly, they do what they say they will do. I highly recommend this business.

Best place to fix your car! I had a accident and the owner was super helpful got me in and fixed my car in one day! (The other places were busy for a month) I didn't want to drive my car with my bumper hanging out so I called bumper 2 bumper and they got me in the same day! Very friendly, fast and good quality. Thank you bumper 2 bumper!

Shoddy work. Paint started chipping within a year, when normal road debris hit the hood. They were extremely rude about correcting the problem. Other body shops looked at their work and said it was done improperly. Instead of correcting their faulty work, they just applied touch up paint to where the paint had come off. The paint has continued to chip easily and now their paint job has oxidized and I will have to have my car's hood repainted. If you want a paint job that lasts more than a few months, do not go to Bumper 2 Bumper.

I chose this business to paint my hood and fenders due to sun damage on my Denali. Thomas did an excellent job, like WOW! Looks like I drove it off the lot. Car was ready the day as promised and he even did some additional trimming on the doors. I will Definitely be returning! I have used other small businesses before and they had left swirls in my paint, that was not the situation this time, my paint was black and still looked like glass. I wish I had zero stars to give this business!!! Bumper repair not repaired correctly the first time, owner Thomas failed to notice a broken lens cover and put it all back together with a broken part. When asked to fix it he ended up causing additional wiring damage by using a DRYWALL SCREW to reattach the new lens. Owner Thomas became belligerent, unprofessional, and inappropriate with me, unwilling to make the original repair right when asked to do a proper repair job. I do not recommend this business. This repair ended up costing me double out of my pocket because of his ineptitude. He does not do business in an honest, respectful manner. Avoid at all costs!Service: Body & Trim

Did a minor body damage repair to my Toyota RAV 4, and the total cost ended up being under $80.00 when Caliber Collision wanted to charge me well over $1,000.00 and take apart my entire front end. The repair quality is excellent, and you cannot even tell there was damage at one time. Excellent, fast service, and great quality and price! You can’t ask for anything more!

I took my wife car to get the hood painted I had already primed it with a lot of scratches I didn't use the right sandpaper he fixed my mistake and did a great job painting it I would use bumper to bumper again

Brought my 08 Denali down here the hood was terrible from the factory paint. Thomas repainted my hood and my car looks phenomenal! Like New again!! Highly recommend!!! Had my car back quickly! Will return in the futu
