Terrible service dept. Tractor broke down, tech came out and repaired it. The next day it broke down in the same manner, service dept said they’d come out and repair under warranty. Day of the warranty apt they call and say they wont come unless I pay $1600 for a new starter that wasn’t even mentioned by the tech that came out. Company used to be great but is no longer.

I came in here last season wanting to buy a fs70 weedeater. I was upsold to the fs91 bike handle on a promise that the warranty will cover parts if faulty, I even purchased oil to extend warranty. Well ,the unit I bought started surging after a year and they did not want to use warranty for my unit and I even paid cash for service. The unit still surges after 4 trips to service department and I am stuck with a bad weedeater.

I have an issue with my RTV 900 starting, and it would be hard for me to find time to bring it to the shop. They just spent 5 to 10 minutes explaining some easy at home things I can test and replace if needed. I was amazed by how helpful they are!! Saves me both time and money, and they’ve earned my loyalty

Customer service was worthy of 5 stars. Cooper is the guy to call here. He was friendly, incredibly helpful, and driven to ensure we were successful in our rental and use of the tractor. When the tractor gave up, Cooper came out to the property on his day off to collect it. We are tremendously appreciative of him and his dedication - C&N is very lucky to have Cooper. The one star rating is for spending $500 on a tractor rental that I got 6 hours use out of (technically $700, as I had to rent a car trailer to move it). 1. The tire went flat almost immediately, 2. the box grader fell off after 4 hours, 3. the engine was overheating (even after sitting all night), 4. the battery light was on, 5. as was -what looked like- the fluid indicator light, and 6. hydraulic fluid was leaking out of one of the bucket arms. The tractor I rented appears to be at the end of its life. For those wondering, I did call to inquire about a reduction in charges, but Cooper explained there wasn't much to be done for me (basically, flat tire could have been my fault; it didn't overheat for them; I should have checked the bucket cotter pins, etc.). Prior to everything going wrong, I had a good 4 hours worth of work out of the Kubota - it seemed like a pretty solid little vehicle. In conclusion, I wouldn't go out of my way to tell someone to cancel a rental/purchase from C&N, but I would caution them to consider alternatives or be prepared for disastrous results.
