Incredibly rude customer service. Once I get my account cleared out I am going with a different provider. I called with an issue and was met with a rude and arrogant individual. No empathy whatsoever.

Called customer service, went through the menu tree (I had the right number) someone answered with "Hello?", didn't identify the business, wouldn't tell me if I reached Central Coast Propane, said "hold on" then hung up on me.

Central coast propane is literally the worst place in the county to do propane business with. You call them for a fill up and they will treat you like dirt and make you wait a week or two in the middle of winter. The person I talked to was incredibly rude pretty much told me off.
