I've had cricket for over a year and it's is dog s**** 60 minutes of waiting for garbage service. Customer service sucks. General cell service sucks. Speed sucks. Cricket wireless sucks. Their employees suck. The scum that mills around in there is unbelievable. Paso location is beyond horrible. Go att. It's cheaper and not shady. Cricket is a scam only made for people who don't know the law

We went to the store and ordered some phones they told us it would take 2 days to get here and i called 4 days later and the girl on the phone tells me it should take more than 2 weeks for them to get here i told her and how come you didn't call us to let us know and she said we let your husband know which was all lies and i heard her giggleling so rudee!! I ask to speak to a manager and she said she won't be here till sat and did want to give me a # to speak to her this is the worst service ever!!! knwhich was all lies

Coni was amazing. She was incredibly patient with me as I was trying to get a SIM card. I was trying to get my Pin and Account number and she was a trooper through it all. I signed into the wrong account for a out 20 minutes. After I figured out it was the wrong account, she took care of me lickity split. Thank you so much!!!!

went in trying to get my phone replaced that has insurance ,took like 36 minutes trying to get the claim done , also they were going to take 2-3 days to send it to the mail , definitely switching phone service ! not even worth paying the extra money for insurance
