WAIT TIME HAS NEVER BEEN AN ISSUE FOR ME. NEVER WAITED MORE THAN 20 MINS TO GET TO THE COUNTER. MOST OF THE STAFF ARE REALLY NICE & HELPFUL.

My husband made an appointment online to get Real ID. The website had him complete an application and stated which documents are necessary to bring with him.
When we arrived we waited about 3 minutes. The clerk was very professional. We were out of DMV within 16 minutes!! That’s customer service!
