Utilized Paso DMV for the first time, and am absolutely shocked by the horrible experience we had yesterday, April 3rd. My partner and I approached the intake person in front of the red carpet where you register for having an appointment, and was informed we had no appointment, and was very rudely told to go to the back of the line, which extended out the door. My partner was confused (we are both senior citizens), and the woman explained nothing about the "missing" appointment, and just dismissed us. I listened to her continue to be rude and dismissive to others, and showed no compassion for other disabled seniors who came to her. this woman should not be addressing the public with this attitude. As I mentioned our experience to other Paso Roblans, had four others tell me they experienced the same treatment from this woman. Not acceptable!

Very rude supervisor.. the clerk handling my issue was very helpful.. there was a question he and I needed answered by the supervisor.. he went to her while she was seated... Asked her the question, and she rudely threw her arm up to BRUSH him away.. I went 4 times with the same issue.. same results every time.. ill never step foot in the Paso Robles office again. I ended up going to King City.. what a total difference.. they found the issue and handled it.. I was in and out in less than an hour.. Hats off to King City DMV..

Had to get a new photo, worst photo ever. Of my years of getting photos, I've never been so disappointed. And they didn't show me of ask to take another. I hate them so much and am stuck with this really bad photo that I don't want to show anyone ever. I think they did it on purpose because they are miserable people

FYI use your Marriage License, NOT your Marriage Certificate, for REAL ID application.

Long line, but organized, and the supervisor took care of someone's frustrations as any supervisor should-respectful and showed empathy.

Out of the clerks own mouth when asked if there was a paper form available. Yes but go online because no one here wants to fill it out or type it out. Great state employees, but that's what is expected in the new California.

I didn't get a number for employee but she was rude and my registration fees were 2373 yes thats right. I had to inform them that my truck was not able to tow 80000 pounds. I had to sign a Declaration saying that my truck wouldn't be over 10000 with any combo of trailer. I have no idea where 80000lbs came from i have a f350 that's only capable of towing 26000lbs. California is out of control, the fact is they dont wanted any diesel trucks in the state. It ended up costing 600. She told me I should be happy about that. I just don't understand the cost. We need to vote these people out of office. Be safe and God bless America

I recently got my Commercial Class B with Passenger and Air brakes endorsements. I was in the office several times. Each time line and wait times were minimal. Personnel behind counter were professional and courteous! Thank you

I had all the proper paperwork to register a vehicle from out of state to California. THIS DMV did not like a pick up could be registered as a non commercial due to the addition of a camper. The definition of truck and camper were printed, the policy of the DMV to register the vehicle as non commercial was printed, yet still they didn’t like it. Registration got suspended for no reason, further delaying the process. Rude employees at the counter, not just to me, but customers as well.
