Great location, wonderful people and city. The place is very quiet, close to grocery, restaurants, close to the downtown. But more than anything the Inn Keepers are extremely kind, hospitable and generous. They were very accommodating. Enroute from Monterey to SLO we needed a bed for the night that didn't cost an arm and a leg. This fit the bill. Room was clean, aircon worked, hot water also and it did the trick for the night. Checkin guy was nice and the place seemed booked out solid.
