Sarah was professional and extremely compassionate. She navigated every detail with kindness and patience…much appreciated when experiencing a sudden and unexpected loss of a longtime, much-adored companion. Thank you so much.

In one of the most difficult and debilitating times of my life, I felt a bit of comfort in the compassion Kellee showed me. She was so caring for me and my girl, Yuki. I won’t ever forget her kindness.

My Kali passed back in July and the pet hospital sent her there. About a month later they sent me a cast of her paw print. I was supposed to be getting her cremated remains back but due to an error with the paperwork from the hospital that didn't happen. I'm glad they did the paw print or I wouldn't have had anything.
