“5 stars for Lawrence who has been servicing our appliances for many years. Always fast, reliable, professional and funny! Knows his stuff!Negative stars for ‘Sears Repair Service’ scheduling system. Undergoing big change woes and if you have an open work order and the tech needs to come back multiple times, the system drops you while continuing to think all is underway thus not allowing you to talk to anyone nor scheduling the tech back. *mouthful* this Customer says ‘nope, no more.’ I’m doing your job and mine. And paying you. (Hint ! call Sales, where you will ALWAYS get a live person and have them get you into the (on ave 45m wait) repair queue.). Not a sustainable relationship. So after 40 years with Sears, we say adieu. We’ll miss you Lawrence!”
