This shop has literally one of the most beautiful changing rooms I've ever been in! The staff is amazing and so helpful and the selection is great. There's something for everyone here. The main thing is that it's stunningly beautiful inside though!

Fabulous! We were coming to Paso to see a concert, do a little wine tasting and shop. I looked up boutiques and their websites and found the most perfect dress for my my daughter's upcoming wedding shower and rehearsal dinner. I called and spoke with, I believe Emily, to see if they had her size in stock. They did. She said that they had a 30 day return policy. They held it for me for 2 days. I picked it and it was on it's way to Boston 5 days later. It was PERFECT!!! It was $144 but looked like a $500 dress. Had it not been for the excellent service and the 30 day return policy I would not have bought it! Thank you Firefly! I can hardly wait to come back to Paso and to Firefly! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

I walked into your store yesterday and had turn around and walk right out. There's a statewide mask mandate in effect. Please make sure your staff and customers are masked.

First of all, very cute things at reasonable prices. Helpful nice staff. Lots of cute and carefully curated items. Second, Best customer service ever! My daughter and I bought a few dresses while passing through Paso a few weeks ago, one for her and one for sister not present (to wear to a wedding). Turns out the one we bought for my other daughter didn't work and she didn't end up wearing it. We tried to return it in our way back, but missed their hours by a few moments. I called once home, and Rebecca was soooo helpful in making the return very easy, and she was just an absolute delight. She went above and beyond getting me free shipping to return even. Please shop here. Buying items from nice helpful folks feels good. Third, the dress we kept is so cute! It looked amazing in the wedding photos.

just moved to Paso from Monterey. I lost a pair of prescription glasses today while strolling. On the off chance that someone found them on the sidewalk in front of the shops I popped in a couple to see if someone may have turned them in. and everyone is very nice but no luck so far. However at firefly I watched a lady pull a blouse and the hanger fell off to the ground. As I was leaving the same thing happened to me but as I went to put it back up the metal hook was nowhere to be found. Not wanting to leave it laying on the counter I called out to the shop person. In her strong accent she said, "well, you are just losing things all over the place aren't you? She then suggested that I go have a Mamosa. If the words had been said kindly with humor or compassion Or even the slightest hint of good manners, I would be shopping there now. they were not. It was for some reason an insult, harsh, tart and extremely rude. I was stunned. I had been Polite, attempted to be helpful I was well dressed, Absolutely no reason for the attack. Be careful!!

Amazing collection ranging from clothing to accessories in the store. Found it to be decently priced too for the collection. Makes you wonder if you will find the designs and combinations anywhere else. Very helpful staff as well!

I visited Firefly back in early fall and fell in love with a dress that I didn't buy THAT day. I figured 'meh... I will find one similar when summer comes around'. Come February, I decided I really wanted that same exact dress I tried on at that one store during a weekend trip to Paso. I couldn't find anything like it anywhere it was driving me nuts. Found out the name of the shop, Firefly. Emailed them with the picture I had taken of said dress, and within a day I received 2 emails from this amazing local business saying they would check their store-room and get back to me. To make a long story short; they had the dress. 1 left that had been a return! I lucked out and ordered it over the phone with the friendliest retail business woman I have ever talked to, Rebecca! They shipped out the dress the next day and followed up with me via phone and email. I have never received such personalized, friendly, detailed and professional service before, ever! Thank you Firefly! Amazing work ethic and customer service. Not to mention, this place has the most adorable children's section with beautiful trinkets and books, etc. Really cool selection of handbags and lots of pretty clothing. Very nice and clean store aesthetic too. A+++!
