Worst customer service I've ever had. The female employee was rude and nasty. The other male employee just sat around with a confused look. (probably too much steroid use). Besides being rude they also were NOT WEARING MASKS!! Employees in a nutritional supplement store not wearing masks during a mask mandate really makes you feel safe! Please shop at this store if your goal is to have a horrible rest of your day.

1st time ever walking into a GNC store yesterday 11/30/19 and honestly I have never been met with such disrespect and attitude from the store employee anywhere else I have ever been, especially for being a first time customer. 10/10 would not and will NEVER walk into a GNC store again let alone recommend them to anyone. Sorry but I rarely yelp unless the service was fantastic or phenomenal, this was the latter of the two.

Just showed up during normal business hours. Sign says open but the door is locked. Tried calling and no answer. This location sucks

Arrived at 450 pm Tuesday May 22 and the doors are locked with now sign of life inside. Store hours on the website and on the phone menu say open till 7 PM. There's no display on the door giving any explanation. A bit disappointing after driving 30 minutes to get to the store.

I read the bad reviews, so I walked in expecting the worst. Clayton opened the door for us, welcomed us in, and then asked if we needed help finding anything. I asked a few questions, and he was quick to give really informative answers. He walked around the store with us, pointing out the items he was talking about. He told us what flavors he had tried - and which ones he liked of those flavors. He was friendly and honest in his opinions. We bought two products and I will absolutely return when I need more.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and well organized. Prices are a little high but you should expect that going into a speciality store like this.

Shame I can't do "0" stars. Currently have been waiting in the parking lot since 110. The sign on the door says will return at "130". It's now 2. I waited 50 minutes and no one came back or answered the phone. Not a good way to make profits if your store isn't even open in the middle of the day. Will go to the San Luis location from now on.
