Literally if I could give 0 stars I would. The employees are so rude and they were talking trash on the all the customers. I had one employee say to me I couldn’t shop from the rack….then why is it on the floor?? It wasn’t just one employee being rude, it was like 3+. I’m sorry but if you hate your job so much then quit.

I love thrifting and I use to love coming here although I’ve noticed this lady follow me around the store a couple times and try to
Peek in my bag to see if I’m stealing or if I have something, but it’s become ridiculous. She’s also extremely rude when it comes to being at the cash register, doesn’t say hello and I’m not sure why? Like I’m sorry you hate your job lol or maybe it’s just towards us Latinos. Not really sure but she’s just weird. She’s short, longish dark hair, and you’ll notice her by the bad makeup she wears.

Aaron, states is one of the managers at this store. The big guy that's ALWAYS wears a mask with horrendous BO (body odor). Check'd me out today, with my 3 yr. Ran up the 4 / 5 items i had* Stated the total cost, i asked him to repeat that total $$ twice maybe even 3 times, as i can't hear him with his mumbled voice. As i'm getting my money out of my wallet i decide to change my mind on one of the items.. I stated "actually ...a pulled the item up," an he already clicked the button to accept / open drawer. As i already had my mind changed. Hadn't handed him anything yet, an he states "my bad."Knowing i had changed my mind on one of the items before going forward with the transaction. I said "you know it's fine. And carried on with the payment, gave over the 21$ with 4 cents toward their job training program* whatever they state it is. There's a line at this point, an another associate checking out costumers as well, he moves on to the other costumer. Me an my son are already in the parking lot loading up the items, he comes out with a Receipt in hand stating i didn't pay for one of the items. If i can come back in blah blah. an grabs the item from me, never apologizes for him mistake... is acting like i stole the 6.99$ item* I tell him you know what ill bring back all the items you can void the transaction, an start over. As i originally didn't one of them to begin with, once im in the store he just totally rude, mean. As if i stole, i stated i shop here every day. And i do the amount of $$ i spend at goodwill weekly if not monthly is insane* I know most of the employees by name, i love it there. But when i tell you this" Aaron " came at me in front of all the customers, as if i was trying to get over on them / steal a 7$ item is insane!!!!! Again never took any accountability for his wrong doing, no apology. anything~ Stated he can not void an transaction, an to come back at 4pm when the real store manager Molly will be in. I go to grab the *golf caddy* $6.99 item* that he never rang up to put next to me an my son he grabs it an playing tug a war with it at this point. Again acting like i STOLE THE ITEM. I paid the additional 7$ grab the rest of my items an my three year old son an left. Came back from the corporate phone number* At this point i'm furious for how he's coming across towards me for his mistake, saying you don't need to cuss at our associates. When i was only ever talking to him there was no one near him or up at the cash registers at this point* You could tell he was flustered an shaking, stated he couldn't take the huge golf caddy cart back out to my car. When he came all the way out to tell me that an grabbed it an carried it back to the store. He was by far the rudest crulest person i've came across that works there. There had been multiple complaints over this guy, again i'm a regular! I'm in awe of how he would truly act in this nature, he see's me in there all the time* Be very aware of this disgusting type of person. and if anyone had witnessed this today 4*15*24 I apologize for how heated this asshole got me. Just truly shocked how he can treat me over his own mistake???? making me out to look like someone that would steal, Is truly disheartening* Aaron I hope you remember this day, cause you will no longer be treating costumers at this Location like you did me.

The prices have gotten so high I can't believe it. Long time customer lost. I also used to donate a ton but I feel like it's wrong to price even my donated items so high.
