Really disappointing experience. I went in just to get my beard styled a certain way and even showed a picture of exactly what I wanted. The girl who worked on me completely missed it and did a totally different style. Even the sideburns weren't even - one was higher than the other. Honestly, it looks like a student barber could've done a better job. I truly hope this salon hires barbers with more experience because this was one of the worst grooming experiences I've ever had. Definitely my first and last time coming here

will not be returning to this location, if great clips at all. i discussed the haircut that my daughter wanted with the stylist, and she came back during the haircut to check on the length of the undercut. when she went back to my daughter, you could hear her ask her “are you sure you want to do this??” which she said yes. it was not appropriate for her to have even asked that question, let alone, wait until i already walked back to my seat and she was alone with her. to top it off, the undercut was horrifically uneven, as well as the “straight” across bangs. great clips services have declined not only in what’s included in the service, but the quality provided as well. price point continues to climb though! but hey, if you buy a hair product after your overpriced and uneven haircut, it’s 50% off.

I really like going here. I can decide at the last minute I want a cut and sign in online. Monica is absolutely the best. She is so sweet and a pleasure to talk to while she cuts my hair. They allow you to request a stylist so I always wait for her.
Stylist: Monica always takes care of me. I am always pleased.

The truth is that I just left, I asked for a fade mid and I even showed them the photo and everything and they left me horrible
I don't recommend it to anyone here
I hope to never go again and let it grow in months so they can fix it.
And this is the second time they ruined my hair

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE CANNOT CUT HAIR. HAIR IS UNEVEN AND NOT EVEN ALL OVER LOOKS HORRIBLE AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

I recently joined Team Monica. So nice, and she cut my hair perfectly. Which, as you may know, is ultra important to me! The joint is very clean, but a little slow. Only Monica was on staff at 4pm on a Thursday. Luckily, I checked in on the handy-dandy app, and was able to put my name in the queue, 45 min wait. I'll be going back every 3-4 weeks.
