“i cannot say enough about amazing this gym is!! the owners are amazing. quick to respond to any questions you might have plus beyond respectable. they take pride in their gym and it shows. they also make sure every single one of their members feels safe and comfortable in their establishment & as a woman, that is a 5 star all on its own. it has more than enough equipment for any gym goers needs. it’s not overcrowded like most commercial gyms. it truly is a home away from home. i recommend this place to anyone and everyone!!”

“I’m a truck driver so parking is always the first concern. I parked in the back and there weren’t signs and they aren’t uptight, no problems. Hot clean shower, cold water fountain, clean facility with all equipment up to par. Zero complaints. I went at the most popular time of day and it was pretty crowded but that’s a good thing”
“Got a guest pass for Kennedy Club Fitness. This is the bigger one of the two, with a heated pool. Everything is clean and well-maintained, and I was able to get a good workout in!”

Moved here 3 years ago and worried I wouldn't find a place as great as the one I left. After trying a few others, the choice was clear. The owners, coaches and community are all amazing and I actually miss this place when I can't make it. All fitness levels are welcome and everyone makes you feel right at home.
The new location & equipment are top notch and the recently opened recovery room is great added perk.
They seem to genuinely care about their members and go above and beyond to keep everyone happy, safe & healthy!”
