“It would be great if the gym offered scheduled progress check-ins where members could track their consistency and improvements over time. Adding a ranking or leaderboard system could also help tap into people’s competitive drive and keep members more motivated.”

“Best gym around - hands down!
Moved here 3 years ago and worried I wouldn't find a place as great as the one I left. After trying a few others, the choice was clear. The owners, coaches and community are all amazing and I actually miss this place when I can't make it. All fitness levels are welcome and everyone makes you feel right at home.
The new location & equipment are top notch and the recently opened recovery room is great added perk.
They seem to genuinely care about their members and go above and beyond to keep everyone happy, safe & healthy!”
