I have an old, well worn, Hogue knife (EX-A01) and lost the slide lock. I contacted Hogue and asked if I could purchase the replacement parts. They sent them out free of charge.

Top notch customer service. Sometimes it takes awhile to get a response, but they always respond, and back their products. I’m on my third Sig knife, and more than once they’ve sent me replacement belt clips at no charge. I would have happily paid.
