Worst ever! Nothing explained, filed under wrong EIN I had to pay fees to IRS and go to someone else to finally get my money back 6 months later. No follow up with me at all. Sandi passed me on to someone named Billy who was rude.
I do not recommend anyone to go there!

I was charged an outrageous fee of $475.00 because I had 4 w-2's for them to enter in the computer. I was not advised or asked if that would be ok before they prepared my taxes. The whole appointment took less than an hour. That $475.00 fee hurt me significantly financially. The fact that it wasn't even discussed prior to the preparation was unethical. I had been a customer for 25 years and will never go back again.

h and r block is a rip off they will not help out the working person. they will not allow you to use all your deductions. they are just out for them and the governmen. no one should use h and r block. find a teal tax pro that cares!!!!! zero stars from me
