This company has great service. We got trapped outside our vehicle with no help from AAA. We called Johnboys and had help within 15 minutes. The service rep (Mickey) was very professional and got us unlocked quickly. Highly recommend this company!

Tower professional, on time, found out reception got the address wrong where car was being towed to. They did seem a Lil distracted/unfriendly when I made the appointment. But overall happy with their service

Sure, I'll try to explain to you (owner) Why 1 star.Because even though you have good service which I have used before...You charged an unconscious person who was in the hospital from a crash, nearly a thousand bucks to move that car less than 5 miles and, hold it for less than a week.And. It would have been allot more $ had there not been a rush of help to afford to get it out of your predatory hostage/blackmail operation before you charged even more.I don't care how 'the world works'.... If you can't see anything wrong with that, then you deserve allot more than a single star.

This is by far the VERY WORST TOW COMPANY IN THE WORLD. You better hope to Gof your vehicle doesn't end up here cause they are down right thieves!!!! Someone stole my vehicle from Dry Creek apartments and when my Scion TC was was recovered a couple days later and PRPD wasn't able to get a hold of me they towed it and I never saw my car again. The employees the Female in particular are self entitled lying crooks that should be brought up on charges. THEY STOLE MY VEHICLE ... FOR THEMSELVES. To start off the women lied to me on the pho .ne the first day claiming that I could not pick up my car until my ins,urance performs a safety inspection[LIE, THAT WAY THE BILL WOULD RACK UP OVER THE WEEKEND SO I WOULDNT KMM54 BE ABLE TO

Received my stolen trk back yesterday. It was all in normal shape. Had to go to the pd to get an auto release form first. Appears one can never take enough cash to get your auto back. At least they take credit cards. The gate closed at 5 but they were kind enough to stay open until I returned with the release form. So make sure you go and get that first. The office was very kind and professional!!

These guys were amazing, we own a catering company and our van got stuck in the mud NYE from pouring rain. They were responsive and helpful, they came quickly and got our van unstuck. Super helpful and so courteous especially because it was New Years Day, so glad they were open!

They were very helpful and arrived on time and even offered to give us a ride. We didn’t take him up on a ride but he did deliver our car directly to the tire store to get our tire fixed and dropped the keys in the drop box making everything smooth and easy. Thanks!

These guys are always on point. No matter what your situation is they can help you. Friendly call takers and friendly drivers. They strive to get the job done with as minimal damage as possible. Best there is in this county! Would recommend them over anybody else for sure. Hope you never have to use them but if you do call these guys

Even though my driver showed up, almost 90 minutes late, I did not have a problem with it when he explained to me what he was working on. The driver dispatched to help me, Elijah, was professional, courteous, and could not be more helpful in getting my trailer pulled out from the mud. This company has invested into training their team and supplying them with top quality hardware to take care of any situation big or small. I was super impressed with Elijah today. Of course they're not afraid to charge for their services and they are not cheap but boy are they good. I will definitely use them again in the future.

We were towing our travel trailer when a leaf spring broke leaving us stranded on a freeway entrance ramp.Johnboy's towing to the rescue! The man knew the best way to handle the situation to prevent further damage, documented it all with photos for insurance purposes, towed our little house to an RV park, maneuvered it into place and leveled it. Amazing. Then took the time to suggest some good local restaurants.If you are a full time RVer and find yourself needing a tow, I highly recommend Johnboy's. Thank you Gordon!
