“Met one of the owners of Grapes and Grains (Aki) at a pizza restaurant on the first night of our trip. He was amazing at giving recommendations for where to go for wine tastings during our trip. Visited Grapes and Grains twice during our stay to check it out. Awesome selection. Aki helped us with everything we needed the first night. Matthew was great the next night taking us to exactly what we were looking for with very little direction from us. Will absolutely continue to visit here when in town from Kansas.”

The tequila and bourbon options were top notch. So many to choose from.
Another cool thing is his selection of foreign snacks and drinks. It is definitely a fun and unique mix of products.

“This is the most affordable gas station in paso Robles they have just replaced there fuel tanks. They are friendly but your usually going to have to wait in line for gas there are only 3 spots to gas up on the 4 pumps available.”
“This is an intimate, pleasant venue with a long history in Paso. We enjoyed the ambience at the fireside with our family visiting for Christmas, and the outdoor area looked inviting for warmer weather. Our wine steward was pleasant and positive. Wine tasting is very subjective - we found the wines pleasant but not exceptional. Overall, a nice place to try, especially if you don't want to veer too far off highway 46.”

“Paso is one of my favorite wine spots. With so many wineries to choose from, it can be overwhelming. I have visited midnight 4 times now and of course joined the club. Midnight is my favorite winery to visit because they make you feel so comfortable, just like family as soon as you come in the door. Their wines are unique blends with outerspace related names. Usually the more unique the name, the worse the wine but not at midnight. Full moon is a wonderful everyday drinking wine at a reasonable price. Each of their wines are unique and the tasting is enjoyed with generous pours and great conversation. Special shout out to Tanner and Suzie who will become your two best friends.”
