“This small business is located near Cava RV resort in Paso Robles, which makes it convenient to campers who would like to grill for their families. If you do, you will definitely impress them with this high quality product!!I was immediately greeted by a kind woman when I entered the store. The first thing I noticed is that the shop is impeccably clean, and well organized. This place is run by people who care. They have prime cuts of beef, chicken, house made sausages, cheeses, sauces, spices and rubs. I'm sure there was more to choose from but I was laser focused on a few ribeyes and Swiss sausage (my husband's favorite). We grilled a few of the Swiss sausages and one of the ribeyes last night. This was the best ribeye I've enjoyed in quite some time. It was lean, tender, very flavorful, and the small amount of fat just melted in my mouth. The Swiss sausage was hands down the best I've ever had. I could taste the wine, the grind was perfect, and they used high quality casing. I will be returning to stock up before we go home. I highly recommend this meat shop...!!!”

“Nice casual place with a great value tasting! We loved the tasting names and menu descriptions, and it's always interesting hearing background on the pours. At one point, the owner was introducing and pouring a couple of the wines. I appreciate seeing an owner who loves what he does and engages with his customers. There were some kids who were playing a cork game and having a ball, very wholesome!Highly recommend!”
