Hands down worse service I have had in my life these people are criminals. Had my recalled water pump go out on vacation in December. Found out from Mopar that it was recalled 2 days ago. Was told by Mopar to take my truck to Mullahey. Made an appointment for January second to fix the hubs on my truck I wrecked when I lost control from my water pump and belt breaking. When I got there I was told that no one wrote my appointment down so I had to come back on the 5th. When I asked if it would do more damage to my truck drinking it home and back they said if the ABS light is not on and I am not experiencing and steering problems I will be fine. On the 5th while driving down 47 my front axle broke. This repair capstone $7,600 for a 2016 truck I paid $68,000 for, all because Mopar didn't tell me about a recall and Mullahey decided to over book thief appointments. The repair was supposed to take 10 days took 18. I had my oil changed before I left on vacation, and checked it when the water pump went out. It was full when I dropped it off to Mullahey and had never been low in the 2 years I've owned it. When I picked it up it was completely drained of oil. Luckily my dad did not trust Tom and had me check. When I went in and told my service rep Tom he said wow your truck is burning oil. IT BURNED 2 QUARTS in 17 days of sitting in their lot. I took my truck immediately to jiffy lube and no leaks were found but they wanted to know how I went threw so much oil in so few miles, and asked if I drained it.This place is full of crocks and cowards that will slime you out of any penny they can. Then they will drain your oils so you break down on your way home and are forced by Mopar to go back for repairs. Mopar told me to sue them because of their negligence. Make sure you check for tampering if you use thief service and call multiple times before going to an appointment, as they don't care that you are driving 50 miles to see them if you didn't buy your rig from them they will turn you away. After loosing control on the freeway twice in two weeks I wouldn't buy a postage stamp from these crooks.Since writing this review I have had numerous people come to me with the same or similar issues. There is a reason that there are so many other machanics in Paso I’d be a fool to even step into Malehey again. CROOKSEdited: I attached pictures of the where on my. Tire after 5,000 miles. $350 a tire and the axle they put in on the front eats them up in 5,000 miles. Everything about this company is bad.

I have a 2022 RAM 2500. Over the last several months I received three recall notices. On a shopping trip to Paso, I dropped in to Mullahey to inquire about scheduling service. Tyler Henry greeted me immediately, explained the details of the recalls, and set up an appointment that worked for me the following week. I have a bit of a drive to the dealership and Tyler wanted to insure that a shipment of the required parts would arrive before then. I appreciated the consideration given to try and reduce my trips. He asked me if I would be waiting for vehicle and when I said I would, he made a note on the appt. Tyler had explained that he could not guarantee that all three recalls would be completed since one of them required an inspection before ordering a part. I appreciated the honesty and explanation. Upon arriving for my appointment, Tyler did not keep me waiting and my truck was into service within 5 minutes. During the two hour wait, Tyler kept my wife and I informed of status several times. The work was actually completed earlier than we expected and we had the additional bonus of getting all three recalls resolved in the one trip. Tyler is a good communicator and has a pleasant personality that make him very easy to work with. This guy is a great addition to the staff and the dealership service dept is lucky to have him.

Incredibly great experience, so rare these days! Drove up to service, explained problem with truck engine, service manager went straight to vehicle to investigate error codes, called mechanic (Jake) who promptly assessed, had me drive to the service bay and spend about half an hour with diagnostics and temporary remedy so I could continue my trip. Declined pay, said was glad to help out. On departure, I had difficulty negotiating a turn due to the length of my truck and trailer, multiple employees came out, moved a couple of vehicles, and did so without hesitation. Made it home in time for an important event- extremely grateful - thank you all !!

Back in May our family of 5 went on vacation to Pismo Beach. We were driving through Paso on our way home our alternator went out. My husband called around and finally Mullahey had the part we needed. We got the car towed over. I love that they had a play area for kids. We have 3 small children and that play area kept them entertained for the almost 5 hours spent in there lobby waiting for our car to get diagnosed. Found out car would not be fixed till the next day. They helped us find a hotel and even gave us a ride to the hotel and when the car was finished the next morning they picked us up and brought us back. Paid the bill and we were on our way home. If they didnt help us we dont know what we would have done. We appreciate there help so much. If we didnt live 3 hours away from Paso we would difinently go back there to buy our next car.

Mullahey RAM was the best! I was in a desperate situation because we were on a road trip and got into an accident. I needed my steering fixed so I could get my family home safely. Suzanne at the Service desk was great! She gave me an honest timeline for assessment and repair. She worked with my insurance to get approval. And she got my car fixed two days earlier than originally told. The work done on my RAM was great and I was able to get home safely! If I lived in Paso this would be my spot!!

Coming in from out of town our Ram had a problem and was in limp mode and we were pulling our RV. We came in to the dealership and they were booked!! Panic was starting to set in, but Nick the service advisor and one of the mechanics was able to get us in and back on the road the same day! We are extremely grateful for the OUT OF THIS WORLD customer service and wish we lived closer because we would give all our business to Mullahey and their Service Department!!

I recently bought a Ram Truck from Mullahey. When it came time for my first oil change I called and made an appointment with Mullahey. Not only did it take 45 minutes longer to complete than they stated it would take but they charged me over $300.00 for a simple oil change. I should have asked how much it would cost before scheduling the appointment. After I complained about the cost they deducted $45.00 off the bill. I called Borjon GMC and asked them how much they would charge for an oil change on my truck and they said it would be $150.00 plus free tire rotation, Mullahey charged me $20 to rotate my tires. I will definitely go to Borjon from now on. I was planning on buying another truck from Mullahey in a few years but not now after finding out how they treat their customers.

Horrible service work.Took my Ram 2500 in for warranty work, the rear seat needed to be removed. When reinstalling the seat they left the center seat belt behind the seat back so it was impossible to use. When I went to fix the issue myself I noticed the bolt that hold the seat belt wasn't even screwed down. There could be no more serious of a safety issues than not securing the seat belt. (See pic of how I found the bolt)I texted the general manage and attached the pic. Asked him to give me a call regarding the horrible attention to detail from his service department. To this date he has not had the courtesy or professionalism to return my call.I can only assume, the general manager could care less about the quality of his service department of the safety of Mullahey's customers.

We just finished having BOTH our Chrysler vehicles repaired at Mullahey in Paso Robles and are delighted. We had some engine and AC work on a Jeep Grand Cherokee and a radiator replacement and engine maintenance on a Dodge 2500. Suzanne Lynch is an outstanding service rep and Jake (sorry) is a top mechanic. There were some delays for parts availability on the Jeep, but Suzanne kept on top of it as much as possible and let us know what was going on. The work that Jake did was great and Suzanne is a great rep to work with. We're quite happy with the people and the work! THANKS!

I made an appointment in person for an oil change two weeks in advance. Middle of the day appointment. 2hr round trip from Morro Bay. When I got there no record of an appointment. No apologies just a "we can get you in in 3 hrs. The guy who set me up looked like he was lacking in computer and comprehension skills. I should have call the manager out in front all in the waiting room and told him to change the oil.

Air bag recall on my 06 3500 dodge ram. Hour and a half max replacement time. Gave me time to look around. A hellcat for 101,000.00. Holly catfish! Sinister looking in real life. A lottery car for sure. Mullaney has taken good care with professional attitudes every time.

Stay away, run away! I was warned to avoid Mullahey (Paso Robles) by a few folks in town, but my Jeep needed service for a bizarre electrical error and my local mechanic (who did not own the proprietary Jeep computer diagnostic tool) said that a particular technician there might be knowledgeable (but he also said I might be better off to drive 45 miles to the Jeep dealer in SLO instead). I made an appointment one week in advance and specifically requested "Eric", who the Service Dept Mgr "Randy" agreed would be the best guy to look at it. Brought it in Tuesday afternoon as agreed to be looked at first thing on Wednesday morning. The gal ("Susanne") who took in the Jeep said they had no one named "Eric" at the facility (even though there is), but would have it looked at in the morning and call me with whatever they found. Turns out that was not true. When I never heard from them on Wednesday morning, I finally called them at noon to see what they learned. They NOT ONLY had never even looked at my Jeep, but "Susanne" then told me (1) that there was in fact a tech named Eric there, (2) he is the one who needed to look at it, and (3) he would not get to it until NEXT Monday (even though I told them at the time I made the original appointment that I would be leaving on a long vacation the following Tuesday which is why I was bringing it in one week before that).Their ultimate response (when I told them how messed up and unprofessional all of their actions were) was to tell me more lies and excuses, and essential flip it around to blame me, saying that I must have misunderstood and they never promised any specific day/time to look at my Jeep. Ridiculous! As if I do not understand the English language even as a native speaker for over 50 years! I called and asked for the General Manager, but, of course, he was unavailable and has not called me back. This dealership is apparently filled with at least several bald-faced liars who won't even admit their errors when they are right there in their face. I guess my friends and neighbors were right about how bad Mullahey is. I could never have confidence or trust in such a company. I will forever advise folks to drive over the hill to SLO and avoid this terrible business.

2nd visit so far and I'm very impressed. The staff is amazing. I've been able to take my 21" charger to a few other locations but I plan on making this my go to shop.

I'm very disappointed with the parts department. I placed an order on 9/20/22 and asked for next day delivery. My item never arrived and I was never provided with a tracking number for my order. I called several times to the parts department inquiring about my package tracking number. Every time I called they kept telling me that it's was shipped but they couldn't find the shipping information and that they would send it as soon as they find it. I called back about 1 hour and a half several times during the day to see if they found the tracking information and Everytime I called back I was told they were looking for it and that they would send me the information. That never happened and I still have no way of tracking my package even after was was charger and extra 50 to 60 dollars for next day delivery. Parts department closed at 5:30 pm and now I have to wait till tomorrow to call back again and ask for my tracking number.I called on today's date and spoke with the parts manager Rick. He was very helpful and assisted me with tracking my item and tracked it himself. He also called me to make sure I got my part. Thank you Rick for your help.

I had a horrible experience here. I brought my car in for an issue with the car dying while driving. There was also an issue with they AC. I was told a couple sensors went out and it would be $770 and that the AC (2 actuators) would be 1100. I said do the sensors even though I knew it was overpriced since they said it would be done by the next day. It was not, I called two days later for an update. There wasn't one so the person I spoke to said he'd check. I said if the work hasn't started I didn't want it done because I could get it done for MUCH less. I hadn't heard back after an hour so I called again. Still no update. I said to a different person do not work on my car. I went and took pics of it sitting in their parking lot not being worked on. An hour later I get a call saying they're working on it now. I repeated that I said not to work on it. Houston I believe his name was, said they had started before I called. I told him he's lying and that I have pics to prove it. Price was dropped. The area they worked on was not put back together properly and now when I open the driver door, it rubs against something. Also, got the actuators replaced somewhere else for $200
