Purchased a 2016 ford transit connect going on almost 2yrs ago. My sales person was great, they met me in a city half ways from me to do a trade since I live about 4hrs away.
Not a month into the vehicle, check engine light came on and my power steering unit went out on the van. I called to get the vehicle serviced under warranty but since I live 4hrs away it wasn’t possible to try to drive back to get it serviced. I asked if they could do anything since there was a ford shop in my city, but they declined and said I would have to drive there. No idea how long the repair would have taken either or what would have happened exactly.
Don’t recommend buying a used vehicle from them if you’re from out of town and need warranty work done.
Still dealing with issues on the van 2yrs later.

I can’t say enough about the amazing team at Paso Robles Ford! Our journey with them started two years ago when we bought a used Kia Sorento. We had a few issues at first, but they were quick to make things right—gave us a loaner, stayed in touch, and went above and beyond to help even though it wasn’t a Ford vehicle.
Fast forward two years and several frustrating visits to the Kia dealership, Paso Robles Ford continued to have our back. When the Kia started having transmission issues and Kia wouldn’t honor the warranty, Ford told us to bring it in—and they truly took care of us. They bought back our Sorento for above Blue Book and gave us an incredible deal on a Ford Edge.
Now I’m absolutely in love with my Edge and can’t thank Gary, Justin, Kevin, and the entire Ford team enough. They’re honest, kind, and genuinely care about their customers. Paso Robles Ford has earned our loyalty for life!
